    长期以来，国内的大多数行业是以新换旧，把换下的电动执行器当废品扔掉或卖掉.特别是多用带法兰盘电动执行器的行业.而对换下的高压、高温、大型阀门电动执行器想修，但不知道怎样修。多数还停留在手工修理阶段。可以说中国的执行器维修业中，浪费与可获得的效益都是巨大的。某电站(4x5omw~4x2oomw)每年要修上万个汽机执行器和旁路执行器。电厂只有1台1992年从德国进el的研磨机，其余都是手工操作，不仅效率低下，而且精度达不到要求。而旁路高压减压阀泄漏，电厂却无法修理.送到上海维修效果也不理想。近的几年，随着各个单位逐渐开始独立经济核算，降低成本，从管理人员到一线的维修工人都逐渐的意识到了维修电动执行器的重要性，因为这方面所能节省的资金是极为可观的。然而这里的修电动执行器并不是指简简单单的修理，还要包括采用正确的修理方法和优良的研磨修复设备。

The leakage of the bypass high pressure relief valve can’t be repaired by the power plant. The result of the repair in Shanghai is also not satisfactory. In recent years, as individual units gradually began to conduct independent economic accounting and reduce costs, managers and first-line maintenance workers gradually realized the importance of repairing electric actuators because the money saved in this area are extremely impressive. However, the repair of electric actuators here does not mean simple repairs, but also includes the use of proper repair methods and good grinding repair equipment.

    由于对电动执行器维修和检修的观念和设备缺乏，目前在国内只有核电站能够基本做到在每次停机检修期间对所有的电动执行器都进行检修。坏了再修是一种无保养性维修，这对于全套设备的安全运转和执行器的使用寿命都是极为不利的，其潜在的紧急停机事故的危险性极大，由此造成的损失也是巨大的。例如：天津某石化有1套从德国全套进口的生产装置，自1981年投产至1996年从来没有进行过检修，1996年当时发现有几个关键的填料阀泄漏，而德国厂家已经不再生产这种特种设备了，若重新订货.不仅价格高昂，而且供货期很长，带来的经济损失巨大。所以说，工业高温高压执行器的预防性保养和维修措施，是解决执行器泄漏和延长使用寿命中经济和可靠的途径。

Therefore, the preventive maintenance and repair measures of industrial high-temperature and high-voltage electric actuators are the most economical and reliable ways to solve the leakage and prolong the service life of electric actuators.

    电动执行器如果在无保养性维修的情况下，一旦泄漏，往往已经是损坏非常严重了，这不仅增大了修复的难度，而且常常甚至已经丧失维修的可能和价值。因此，对于组织和管理完善的执行器维修工作来说，不仅有关人员要有相应的意识，更重要的是预防和保养措施，即定期的对执行器进行检查(例如，执行器相对于外界的密封性，执行器在关闭状态下的密闭性等等)。预防性维修电动执行器的关键是在次发现执行器有泄漏现象时，立即对电动执行器进行修复，因为流通的介质即使在极微小的密封面坏损的情况下，也能在短时间内引起密封面的大面积坏损，以致造成昂贵的维修成本。
