衬氟截止阀，共分为三种结构形式，分别是直流式、直通式、直角式。富锐可根据用户实际工况需求，专业定制。驱动方式多样可选，手动，气动，电动均可。
富锐根据用户反馈，工况介质具有强腐蚀特性，富锐技术团队悉心研发钢衬阀门用以应对。采用氟塑料内衬工艺，将腐蚀性介质和金属部件隔离，进而实现阀门耐腐蚀的优良特性。由于金属部件不直接接触介质，采用普通碳钢材料作为壳体，大大降低了阀体选材成本。
市场上目前常用的3种氟塑料内衬材料PTFE、PFA和FEP， 我公司均能针对用户实际工况，为用户选择经济、实用、稳定的材料。三种材料都有极其优良的耐腐蚀特性，但三者也存在差异。
PTFE，中文名称：聚四氟乙烯，简称F4, 又称“塑料王”，是所有非金属材料中耐腐蚀性能最良的材料，使用温度可达250C，（当然我司建议用户在180C下，可长期使用这种材料， 如果阀门长期工作在180C以上，我司不建议使用该材料。）
PFA，中文名称：可溶性聚四氟乙烯，该材料具备了上述PTFE所有的性能，而且相比PTFE具有更好的冷流性，所以该材料取代PTFE被广泛的应用于复杂结构的阀门内衬。
FEP，中文名称：聚全氟乙丙烯, 简称F46，同样具有极其优良的耐腐蚀性能和冷流性，相比以上材料，F46的使用温度为120C，因此很多工况无法使用该材料，但是F46的经济实惠，是三者中的。对一些温度要求不高的工况来说，用户的采购使用成本大大降低。

Fluorine-lined globe valves are divided into three structural forms, namely direct-flow type, straight-through type, and right-angle type. Fortune can be professionally customized according to users' actual working conditions. Various drive modes are available, manual, pneumatic or electric.
According to user feedback, Fortune has strong corrosive properties in working conditions, and Fortune's technical team has carefully developed steel-lined valves to deal with it. The fluorine plastic lining process is used to completely isolate the corrosive medium and the metal parts, thereby realizing the excellent corrosion resistance of the valve. Since the metal parts do not directly contact the medium, ordinary carbon steel materials are used as the shell, which greatly reduces the cost of valve body selection.
At present, there are 3 kinds of fluoroplastic lining materials commonly used in the market: PTFE, PFA and FEP. Our company can choose economical, practical and stable materials for users according to the actual working conditions of users. All three materials have excellent corrosion resistance properties, but there are also differences among the three.
PTFE, Chinese name: Polytetrafluoroethylene, referred to as F4, also known as "Plastic King", is the material with the best corrosion resistance among all non-metallic materials, and the maximum use temperature can reach 250C. (Of course, our company recommends that users be at 180C This material can be used for a long time. If the valve works above 180C for a long time, our company does not recommend using this material.)
PFA, Chinese name: soluble polytetrafluoroethylene, this material has all the properties of the above-mentioned PTFE, and has better cold flow properties than PTFE, so this material replaces PTFE and is widely used in valve linings with complex structures.
FEP, Chinese name: Polyfluoroethylene propylene, referred to as F46, also has excellent corrosion resistance and cold flow properties. Compared with the above materials, the maximum operating temperature of F46 is 120C, so this material cannot be used in many working conditions, but The F46 is economical and the price is the most favorable among the three. For some working conditions with low temperature requirements, the user's purchase and use costs are greatly reduced.
