Type 2861 is an extremely compact solenoid
control valve and is available with an orifi ce up
to 2mm. It is based on the standard version of
Type 2871 (see datasheet). It is used as an
actuator in closed control loops (pressure, fl ow,
temperature, etc.). Compared with the standard
version, the valve is essentially of simpler
construction and assembly and testing procedures
are optimized, easing high volume series
production with shorter delivery times. Please
follow the instructions for a customised design
on page 5 of this datasheet.
Circuit function A
Valve control takes place through a PWM signal 1).
The duty cycle of the PWM signal determines the
coil current and hence the position of the plunger.
The Bürkert control electronics Type 8605
(see relevant datasheet) converts an analog
signal to a reference value corresponding to
the valve type PWM signal and provides
additional functions such as temperature
compensation (coil heating), ramp function
and the adjustment of min. and max. duty
cycle/coil current for the control range.

BURKERT电磁阀工作原理:

BURKERT电磁阀里有密闭的腔，在不同位置开有通孔，每个孔都通向不同的油管，腔中间是阀，两面是两块电磁铁，哪面的磁铁线圈通电阀体就会被吸引到哪边，通过控制阀体的移动来档住或漏出不同的排油的孔，而进油孔是常开的，液压油就会进入不同的排油管，然后通过油的压力来推动油缸的活塞，活塞又带动活塞杆，活塞竿带动机械装置动。这样通过控制电磁铁的电流就控制了机械运动。
