Ccd93系列防爆照明灯（IIC）

适用范围 AppIications

适用于1区、2区危险场所；
适用于ⅡA、ⅡB、ⅡC类T1~T6/T4/T3及以下组别爆炸性气体环境；
广泛应用于石油开采、炼油、化工、等危险环境作
厂房等场所的照明之用。
Applicable for zone 1 and 2 hazardous locations;
Applicable for CAT-ⅡA, ⅡB and ⅡC explosive gas atmosphere of temperature class T1~T6/T4/T3 and below;
Widely applied for lighting in many hazardous locations of petrol exploration, oil refining, chemical engineering, military, etc..

产品特点 Features

外壳采用铝合金压铸成型，经抛光处理后高压静电喷塑；
灯具采用螺纹、止口及粘接相结合的防爆结构，防爆性能优良；
电缆引入采用特殊设计的双层密封夹紧结构，确保引入装置防爆可靠性和防护等级；
玻璃罩、壳圈、压圈采用环氧树脂配合特殊工艺一体式粘接处理；
良好的散热设计，光源及电器工作时产生的热量可通过壳体充分传导散热；
优化的配光设计，采用高纯铝阳极氧化反光罩，反射率高，提高灯具光效；
玻璃罩采用防眩光设计，设置有多条反射棱条，有效减少眩光和光污染；
保护网采用浸塑工艺，防腐性能更可靠；
特殊设计的密封结构，外壳防护等级IP66；
外露紧固件采用高防腐性能不锈钢材质；
根据安装方式不同，部分灯具出厂时已配电缆，省去配线工作，直接安装使用；
如需配线请注明电线长度；

The enclosure is made of first-rank aluminum alloy and processed by die casting technology, and the surface is treated by HV static powder coating;
The lamp employs combined thread, seam allowance and adhesive explosion-proof structure, with good explosion-proof performance;
The entry of cable employs the specially-designed double-layer sealing clamping structure, which ensures reliable explosion-proof performance and high protection class of the entry;
The glass shade, enclosure ring and clamping ring are integrated bonded adopting epoxy resin as well as special technology;
Good heat dissipation design, the heat produced by the light source and electrical equipment may be dispersed through enclosure in time;
Optimized light distribution design, it employs high-purity aluminum anodic oxidation treated reflector with high reflection rate, to improve the light efficiency;
The glass shade has anti-glare design, with many reflection prisms that can reduce the glare and light pollution;
The protective net is treated with zinc plating and dip coating, with good anticorrosion performance;
Specially-designed sealing structure, ingressive protection of the enclosure is IP66;
The exposed fasteners are made of highly anticorrosion stainless steel;
According to the installation way, some lamps have been provided with cables before leaving the factory, users can install and use directly;
Wires are available at request, please indicate the wire length if required.
