1、防爆电源插座箱为复合型防爆结构。元件腔采用隔爆型防爆结构，进、出线腔采用增安型防爆结构。各腔体之间采用模块式组合，隔爆腔之间互不相通，减小了单个腔体的净容积，从而消除了爆炸压力重迭，增强了产品的防爆性能；各回路可以****选择、拼装；体积小，整齐、美观，占用安装现场空间较少；重量轻，安装、维护方便。

2、本系列产品为铸铝合金外壳，铝合金为ZL102符合国家标准。产品壳体采用燃油、高温、恒温一次压铸成型工艺，压铸产品表面光滑，外形美观大方，金属结构致密度高，外壳结构内部无气泡、无砂眼，抗冲击性能增强(铸铝合金的抗拉强度为原来的近2倍，硬度为原来的近1.5倍，密度比原来也有所增加)，产品外壳防爆性能好，产品上有压制的*性防爆标志。
