概 述

Overview

1、主要用途与适用范围

1. Main purpose and scope of application

DK系列压力控制器(以下简称控制器)用于石油、化工、冶金、电力、制糖、制药等自动化控制系统中,在系统中作连锁保护器的作用。其中金属波纹管式控制器用于以上各种腐蚀性气体和液体介质,橡胶膜片式控制器用于中性气体和液体介质。

The DK Series pressure controller (hereinafter referred to as ‘the Controller’) are used for the petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, electricity, sugar, pharmaceutical and other automated control system, acting as a chain protector in the system. Among them, the metal bellows-type controller is used for more than a variety of corrosive gases and liquids, and the rubber diaphragm controller for neutral gases and liquids.

3、工作原理

3. Working principle

介质通过压力接口进入传感器,传感器内设弹性元件,它根据介质压力的变化发生相应位移。传感器则将带动控制器内部传动机构将作用力传到微动开关触点上。在此作用力下微动开关触点相应产生位移,当位移量超过触点行程时,微动开关发生通断动作。

Medium come into the sensor via the pressure interface. The sensor is set with elastic elements inside, and its corresponding displacement depends on the pressure changes of medium. The sensor drives the transmission mechanism inside the controller, which brings the force to the contacts on the micro-switch. In this force, the corresponding displacement occurs to the micro-switch contacts. Adjustment of set value of the controller

 1.1、不可调切换差的控制器设定值调节步骤:

1.1. The steps for the adjustment of the set value of controller with non-adjustable switching difference:

   例一、要求压力上升至0.3MPa(上切换值控制器发出触点信号

Example 1: requiring that the controller issues a contact signal as the pressure goes up to 0.3MPa (upper switching value)

a.        松开压紧块,将控制器过程接口旋入压力校验台螺纹接口上,注意必须用扳手夹持传感器平面部分;

a. Release the pressing block, the process interface of the controller screwed down screw interface of pressure calibration Taiwan. Attention must be paid to using a wrench to grip the flat part of the sensor;

 

b.       打开盖板,将电缆线穿过电缆接头接入接线端子中,电缆的另一头接上万用表;

b. Open the cover, the cable through the cable connector and access to terminal block, the other end of the cable is connected to a multimeter;

 

c.        将压力加至0.3MPa(上切换值);

c. Increase the pressure to 0.3MPa (upper switching value);

d.       顺时针调节设定值调节螺杆,使设定值由大变小,直至微动开关在0.3MPa处切换;

d. In a clockwise direction, adjust the settings adjustment screw, so that the settings change from small to larger, until micro-switch acts at the point of 0.3MPa;

 

e.        旋紧压紧块,调节压力校验台的压力,使压力在是否是0.3MPa,此时的下切换值应是0.3MPa减去切换差。

e. Screw down the pressing block, adjust the pressure of the pressure calibration units, so that the pressure changes around 0.3MPa, testing the upper switching value of the contact whether it is 0.3MPa, at this time under the switch value shall be less 0.3MPa switching differential.

 

例二、要求压力下降至0.1MPa(下切换值)时控制器发出触点信号

Example 2: requiring that the controller issues a contact signal as the pressure decreases to 0.1MPa (lower switching value)

f.         松开压紧块,将控制器过程接口旋入压力校验台螺纹接口上,注意必须用扳手夹持传感器平面部分;

f. Release the pressing block, have the process interface of the controller screwed down onto the thread interface of the pressure calibration unit, attention must be paid to using a wrench to grip the plane part of the sensor;

g.       打开盖板,将电缆线穿过电缆接头接入接线端子中,电缆的另一头接上万用表;

g. Open the cover, induce the cable through the cable connector and have it connected to the terminals, the cable's other end is connected to a multimeter;

h.       将压力加至0.1MP

h. Have the pressure increased to 0.1MP;

i.         逆时针调节设定值调节螺杆,使设定值由小变大,直至微动开关在0.1MPa处切换;

i. In counterclockwise, adjust the screw for the settings adjustment, enable the settings to change from small to larger, until the micro-switch acts at 0.1MPa;

j.         旋紧压紧块,调节压力校验台压力,力在0.1MPa上下来回变化,检验触点的下切换值是否是0.1MPa,此时的上切换值是0.1MPa加上切换差。

j. Screw down the pressing block, and adjust the pressure of the pressure calibration unit, making it change around 0.1MPa. Check to see if the switch value of the lower contact is 0.1MPa. At this moment, the upper switching value is 0.1MPa coupled with switching difference.

例三、要求压力上升到0.4MPa时控制器发出 触点信号,压力下降至0.1MPa是触点返回

k.       松开压紧块,将控制器过程接口旋入压力校验台螺纹接口上,注意必须用扳手夹持夹持传感器平面部分;

Release the pressing block, the process controller interface will be screwed down screw interface of pressure calibration units, attention must be paid to using a wrench to grip the flat part of the sensor;

l.         打开盖板,将电缆线穿过电缆接头接入接线端子中,电缆的另一头接上万用表;

m.     将压力加至0.1MPa逆时针旋动设定值调节螺杆,使设定值由小变大,直至微动开关在0.1MPa处切换;

Have the pressure increased to 0.1MPa and screw counterclockwise the adjustment settings screw, so the settings change from small to larger, until the micro-switch acts at 0.1MPa;

n.       再将压力加至0.4MPa,逆时针旋动切换差调节螺杆,使切换差由小变大,直至微动开关在0.4MPa处切换;

Then the pressure is increased to 0.4MPa, moving counter-clockwise the switch difference adjustment screw, so that switching difference changes from small to larger until the micro-switch acts at 0.4MPa;

o.       旋紧压紧块,调节压力校验台的压力,使压力在0.1MPa-0.4MPa之间来回变化,检验压力上升时切换值是否是0.4MPa,压力下降时切换值是否是0.1MPa

Tighten up the pressing block, and adjust the pressure of the pressure calibration unit, making the pressure change in the range of 0.1MPa-0.4MPa. Check whether the switch value is 0.4MPa as the pressure rises, and whether the switch value is 0.1MPa as the pressure declines.

、控制器的选用

The choice of controller

1、通断电流不得大于额定值

1. On-off current shall not exceed the rating value.

2、使用时设定值位于控制器调节范围的中间部分

2. Better the settings are in the middle part of adjustment range of the controller in use

3、若安装在室外,应给予足够的保护,以免受腐蚀性气体及水的渗入。

3. If installed outdoors, enough protection shall be given against corrosive gases and water infiltration.

低端设定值调整

Adjustment of the lower settings

用扳手夹持传感器六方平面,将控制器旋入压力校验台压力接口(防止开关壳体与传感器发生相对转动);

Use a wrench to grip the six-plane of the sensor, screw the pressure interface pressure of the controller calibration unit (absoluy prevent the relative rotation of switch and sensor housing);

 

打开盖板,将电缆一端接入接线柱1-3,另一端接上万用表;

Open the cover, one end of the cable gets access to terminal 1-3. Another termination on the multimeter;

 

 

将压力加至所需值,松开锁紧器,顺时针旋动设定值调节螺杆(如图12所示),使设定值由大变小,直至开关触点在所需值处切换;

Increase the pressure to the desired value, release the lock, and moving clockwise rotation settings adjustment screw (as shown in Figure 1-2), so settings from small changes until the switch contacts in the required to switch the value of the Agency;

将电缆一端接入接线柱(46),另一端接上万用表;

将压力加至所需值,顺时针旋动设定值调节螺杆(如图12所示),使设定值由大变小,直至开关触点在所需值处切换;旋紧锁紧器,调节校验台压力,使压力在所需切换值上下来回变化,检验触点是否在所需切换值处切换。

Increase the pressure to the desired value, move clockwise the settings adjustment screw (as shown in Figure 1-2), so the settings change from big to small until the switch contacts act at the required value; screw down the locking device, adjust the pressure of calibration unit, so that the pressure change around the value required for switching, check whether the contacts need to switch at the desired value.

Adjusting the controller settings

   例一、要求压力上升至0.3MPa(上切换值控制器发出触点信号

p.       松开压紧块,将控制器过程接口旋入压力校验台螺纹接口上,注意必须用扳手夹持传感器平面部分;

Release the pressing block, screw down the process interface of the controller onto the thread interface of the pressure calibration unit. Attention must be paid to using a wrench to grip the plane part of the sensor;

q.       打开盖板,将电缆线穿过电缆接头接入接线端子中,电缆的另一头接上万用表;

cc.      再将压力加至0.4MPa,逆时针旋动切换差调节螺杆,使切换差由小变大,直至微动开关在0.4MPa处切换;

Then the pressure is increased to 0.4MPa, moving counter-clockwise the switch difference adjustment screw, so that switching difference changes from small to larger until the micro-switch acts at 0.4MPa;

dd.    旋紧压紧块,调节压力校验台的压力,使压力在0.1MPa-0.4MPa之间来回变化,检验压力上升时切换值是否是0.4MPa,压力下降时切换值是否是0.1MPa

Tighten up the pressing block, and adjust the pressure of the pressure calibration unit, making the pressure change in the range of 0.1MPa-0.4MPa. Check whether the switch value is 0.4MPa as the pressure rises, and whether the switch value is 0.1MPa as the pressure declines.

、防爆压力控制器安装使用注意事项

Precautions for use and installation of explosion-proof pressure controller

①、本控制器适用于IICT6以上各种可燃性气体和蒸汽(见GB3836-1.2000附录B,可燃性气体、蒸汽级别、温度级别举例)。

1. The controller applies to a variety of combustible gas and steam of IICT6 and above (see Appendix B to GB3836-1.2000, with regard to the samples of combustible gas, steam level and temperature level).

、安装和拆卸时必须用扳手夹持传感器六方部分,不能使传感器与控制器壳体发生相对位移;

2. During the process of installation and dismantling, it is important to use a wrench to grip the six-part of the sensor, avoid the sensor and controller shell to have relative displacement;

③、管道接头旋入传感器的深度不小于12mm

3. The depth of pipe joints being screwed into the sensor is not less than 12mm;

、安装电缆时,应将电缆引入螺丝拧紧,防止水等液体渗入;

4. In the installation of a cable, the cable shall be induced into the screw and screw it down to prevent the infiltration of liquid such as water, etc.;

、控制器盖打开前,必须切断电源;

5. Make sure to cut off the power before opening the controller cover;

、触点容量不能超过额定值;

6. The contact’s capacity shall not exceed the rated value;

、电缆导线插入接线柱内部足够深,并旋紧接线柱紧固螺钉;

7. The cable wire shall have an inserting depth into the terminal; screw down the fastening screw of the terminal;

、外壳要可靠接地;

8. The shell grounding shall be reliable;

、电缆线直径为10mm

9. The cable diameter is 10mm;

、防爆电缆接头随产品一起提供,使用时电缆接头各部分和壳体连接处必须旋紧,保证垫圈在防爆电缆接头各部件和壳体之间能起到密封作用。

10. The explosion-proof cable connectors are supplied with products. In use, the connections of the parts of cable connector and the shell must be tightened up, to ensure that gasket could play a role in sealing between the various components and the shell of the explosion-proof cable connector.

凡本厂生产的控制器,自购买之日起,保修期为一年,保修期内凡属制造质量问题,用户可凭发票与本厂销售部,我厂将给于满意的答复。

Any controllers produced by the Factory, since the purchase date, shall have a warranty period of one (1) year. Regarding to any manufacturing quality problems within the warranty period, users can contact our sales department with an invoice, we will give a satisfactory response.
