It is a kind of plastic corrosion resistant pump with integral injection molding. The flow passage part is made of reinforced polypropylene (PP) material. The medium does not contact metal, and has good corrosion resistance. It can be used for general acid and alkali corrosive clear liquid medium within 0~85 ℃. FP series polypropylene anti-corrosion pump has the following main advantages compared with other anti-corrosion pumps: 1. Advanced hydraulic model, high efficiency and good energy saving. 2. Light and small. 3. It is cheap. Compared with other corrosion resistant pumps, it has a better price performance ratio when used in general corrosive media. 4. The inlet and outlet flanges are of steel skeleton plastic clad structure, which has the advantages of good installation strength and corrosion resistance compared with other plastic pumps.
Tips and Instructions for Selection of Imported Polypropylene Corrosion Resistant Pump (I) When selecting this pump, the user should provide the company with detailed working conditions, such as the chemical properties, solid content, viscosity, temperature, explosion-proof requirements, and the use position of the transmission medium, so that the company can accurately select the pump. （2） FP type pump is of bracket structure, which is characterized by convenient maintenance. The pump is of direct connection structure, characterized by portability, energy saving and economy. （3） The pump adopts mechanical seal when transporting acidic medium and 169 mechanical seal when transporting alkaline medium. Instructions for Imported Polypropylene Corrosion Resistant Pump:
Pump installation 1. Polypropylene corrosion-resistant pump and motor are installed and delivered by Zeus Pump. As long as the pump is placed horizontally, the inlet and outlet pipes are connected and the power cord is connected. (Note that the rotation direction of the motor should be consistent with the direction of the running arrow of the pump) 2. The pump body is made of polypropylene, which is less rigid than the metal, so the weight of the pipeline cannot be directly pressed on the pump body. The suction pipeline should be as short and straight as possible. If the outlet pipeline is too heavy, it should be supported by another bracket to extend its life. 3. All joints must be sealed to prevent air and liquid leakage from affecting the working performance of the pump. Pump assembly 1. The assembly sequence is opposite to the disassembly sequence. 2. Wipe the end faces of rotating and stationary rings with soft cleaning cloth and drip lubricating oil. 3. Check whether the impeller is aligned with the center of the flow passage. Disassembly of FP pump 1. Unscrew the connecting bolts between the bearing seat and the base plate to separate the pump head from the motor. 2. Unscrew the connecting bolts between the pump housing and the bearing pedestal, and remove the pump housing. 3. Loosen the hexagon socket fastening screws of the mechanical seal moving ring. 4. Screw off the shaft nut, tap the shaft screw with a wooden hammer, and remove the impeller after it is loose. The imported DN25, 40 and 50 pumps can be taken down only by loosening the two fastening bolts on the impeller shaft. 5. Remove the movable ring and stationary ring assembly from the impeller shaft, unscrew the connecting bolts between the rear cover and the stationary ring gland, and take out the stationary ring
