在某些减压控制回路中,减压阀的出口压力是用来控制电液换向阀或外控顺序阀等的控制油液压力大小的,当电液换向阀或外控顺序阀换向或工作后,减压阀出油口流量变为零,但压力还需保持原先调定的压力。这种情况下,因阀出口流量为零,流经减压口的流量只有先导流量。由于先导流量很少,一般在2L/min之内,因此主阀减压口基本上接近全关位置(开度极小),先导流量由三角槽或斜锥面处流出,如果主阀芯配合过松或磨损过大,则泄漏量增加。按流量连续性定理,这部分泄漏量也必须从主阀芯阻尼孔流来,即流经阻尼孔的流量由先导流量和泄漏量两部分构成,而阻尼孔面积和主阀弹簧腔油液压力未变(弹簧腔油液压力由已调好的调压弹簧预压缩量确定),为使通过阻尼孔的流量增加,必然引起主阀下腔油液压力的升高。因此,当减压阀出口压力调定后,如果出口流量为零时,出口压力会因主阀芯配合过松或磨损过大而升高。
排除方法
故障现象:压力波动不稳 定

1.油液中混入空气2.阻尼孔有时堵塞
3.滑阀与阀体内孔圆度超过规定,使阀卡住
4.弹簧变形或在滑阀中卡住,使滑阀移动困难或弹簧太软
5.钢球不圆,钢球与阀座配合不好或锥阀安装不正确
排除方法:
1.排除油中空气
2.清理阻尼孔
3.修研阀孔及滑阀
4.更换弹簧
5.更换钢球或拆开锥阀调整
故障现象:二次压力升不高
故障分析:
1.外泄漏
2.锥阀与阀座接触不良
排除方法:
1.更换密封件、紧固螺钉,并保证力矩均力
2.修理或更换
