电动土壤相对密度仪使用方法：

★插上电源，打开仪器右侧面电源开关。

★提起击杆，直至固定销插入击杆，保证击杆不会下落。这时拧松金属容器两边的锁紧螺钉，抽出金属容器，按规范要求，装入土样。将容器推入定位板中，并拧紧锁紧螺钉。然后一手扶住击杆一手拉出固定插销慢慢放下击杆。

★打开启动开关，仪器即进入待工作状态。

★转动定时器至所需时间位置，仪器即开始工作。

★试验结束，按《土工试验规程》（SL237--99）《相对密度试验》（SL237--010-99）方法进行测算。

★击实完成后，将锺头放下，拧松锁紧螺钉，将金属容器及护筒抽出。

★试验结束后，清扫仪器上剩土，关电源开关，取下电源插头，罩上防尘罩。

★ At the end of the test, the calculation is carried out according to the Geotechnical Test Procedure (SL237--99) "Relative Density Test" (SL237--010-99).

★After the compaction is completed, put the hoe down, loosen the locking screw, and pull out the metal container and the casing.

★After the test, clean the remaining soil on the instrument, turn off the power switch, remove the power plug, and cover the dust cover.

★开箱后，按装箱单内容核对清单。

★将仪器放置于平整的水泥地面上，检查定位板是否松动，如松动，用扳手拧紧。提起锺杆，在试样筒中放入木垫块，放下锺杆。

★仪器必须安装平稳，且周围环境干燥。

★仪器机壳必须可靠接地，电源电压为：220V，50HZ.

★每次取出或装上容器前必须将锤头放下，以免砸伤人身，切记。

★仪器上盖请勿放物件。

★使用一段时间后，适当调节链条松紧及拧紧击实锤上的各种紧固件。

★仪器传动部分需定期加油润滑。
