一、产品简介：
水泥比长仪用于水泥砂浆混凝土等材料的收缩膨胀试验。水泥比长仪有数显千分表和指针百分表两种可选。
First, the cement specific length meter is used for the contraction and expansion test of cement mortar concrete and other materials. The cement length meter has two types: digital dial indicator and pointer dial indicator.
二、符合标准：
适用于按JC/T603-2004《水泥胶砂干缩试验方法》、
JTGE30-2005《公路工程水泥及砼试验规程》中T0511条规程、
JGJ70-90《建筑砂浆基本性能试验方法》、
GB11972-89《加气砼干缩试验方法》、
GB/T14685《建筑用卵石、碎石》的要求测定水泥胶砂、水泥砂浆试件各龄期的干缩率；
JC313-96《膨胀水泥膨胀率试验方法》、
JC453-96《自应力水泥物物检方法》的要求测定该类水泥的膨胀率，限制膨胀率及自应力值。
数显比长仪适用于按JC476-2001《混凝土膨胀剂》等试验方法要求进行高精度膨胀收缩率的测定。

四、使用说明：
1、将仪器放在平整的工作台面上，再将标准杆安上下里外标记放入仪器V型槽和上下测头内，调整千分表刻度盘上“0”位与千分表指计对齐（刻位置即为0点位置，每次使用前都要这样标定0位）。
2、将被测试体擦净（一般试体写有标号的一端向上向外），轻轻放入仪器支架V型槽与上下测头内，并观察千分表指计读数。
3、测量试体读数时， 先应读表内小指计所指示的数值，然后再读大指针所指示的数值，测量试体加时应读大表盘的外圈黑字数值，减时读圈的红色数值（如千分表小表计指在1?-2格之间，大表针指在86的刻度上，应读作1.068mm；又如小表针指在0-1格之间，大表针指在68的刻度上，应读作0.068mm；又如标准杆基长158mm，千分表小表针标定在1格上，大表针在“0”点上，测量试体时小表针指在1-2格之间，大表针指在56的刻度上，应读作158.056mm；如小表针指在0-1格之间，大表针指在156和红色44数字上应读作157.956mm或158mm减0.044mm）。
4、仪器是一种精密的测量仪器，所以在使用过程中一定要轻拿轻放，保持清洁，切勿碰撞，更不能随意拆卸，以免影响测量精度，用完后，应擦干净放在箱内保管好，以备下次再用。
Fourth, the use of cement length meter:
1. Place the instrument on a flat work surface, and then place the upper and lower inner and outer marks of the standard rod into the V-shaped groove and the upper and lower probes of the instrument, and adjust the "0" position on the dial indicator and the dial indicator Alignment (the engraved position is the 0 point position, so the 0 position must be calibrated before each use).
2. Wipe the test object (the end with the label on the test object facing upwards and outwards), and gently put it into the V-shaped groove of the instrument holder and the upper and lower probes, and observe the dial indicator reading.
3. When measuring the specimen reading, should first read the value indicated by the small finger meter in the table, and then read the value indicated by the large pointer. When measuring the test body, read the black value on the outer circle of the large dial, and reduce the time. Read the red value of the circle (such as the dial indicator is between 1? And 2 divisions, the large pointer is on the 86 scale, which should be read as 1.068mm; and the small indicator is between 0-1 divisions. The large hａnd refers to the scale of 68, which should be read as 0.068mm; for example, the base of the standard bar is 158mm, the small hａnd of the dial indicator is calibrated on 1 grid, and the large hａnd is on the "0" point. If it is between 1-2 divisions, the large hａnd on the scale of 56 should be read as 158.056mm; if the small hａnd is between 0-1 divisions, the large hａnd on 156 and the red 44 number should be read as 157.956 mm or 158mm minus 0.044mm).
4. The instrument is a precise measuring instrument, so be sure to handle it gently during use, keep it clean, do not bump it, and do not disassemble it arbitrarily, so as not to affect the measurement accuracy. After use, you should wipe it and put it in the box. Keep it in a safe place for future use.
五、构造简介：
仪器主要由立柱1、底座8、夹持架5及测量仪器表组成。立柱下端插入底座，并以螺母拧定在底座上，不宜经常拆卸。夹持的一端套入立杆并通过锁紧螺丝2夹紧在立柱上，锁紧螺钉应在夹持架调整 位后顶紧立柱以防旋转或滑动。
夹持架的另一端用以插置测量仪表4，并借锁紧螺钉3予以夹紧固定或松开后调节测量仪表上下移动。
下支承7用螺母拧定在底座上供插装试用件，一般不宜拆动，顶脚6一端为凹坑，在试验时应套入试件的顶头，另一端M2.5螺纹与测量仪表紧固，注意同轴度。
六，水泥比长仪使用和维护：
比长仪作为水泥干缩试验或测量膨胀率、自应力值时，均需采用两端装有球形顶头的标准试件以及相应的成型养护方法。
仪器应在无震动环境中，在橡皮垫上平稳安放，试验室的室温应控制在17—25℃为佳，每次试验安放试件前，应将试件两端的顶头表面擦净，同时用稍湿棉纱细团擦净仪器的上、下支承面(指下支承孔及触头孔)，以免沙粒落入，影响测量精度。然后校对百分表的零点(可用手指轻击表面玻璃定表针位置)。读数时可将试件稍移动，使试件顶头与仪器的上、下支承面正确接触，测量应 至0.01毫米或0.001毫米。如指针出现摆动时，可取摆动范围内的平均读数。
BC156-300水泥比长仪如长期不用，则应在擦净表面后，在非镀面上一层薄机油并用塑料膜盖罩，以防锈蚀。
