工工布厚度仪采用杠杆原理,放大了加压力臂长度,在有限的空间和有限的砝码质量条件下,实行了对试样2kPa、20kPa、200kPa压力条件下测试其厚度。其仪器结构简单、造型美观大方、便于操作,是生产、检定土工布和土工膜厚度的A仪器。适用于GB/T13761土工布厚度的测定方法、T1112-2006厚度测定ISO9863:1990土工布在固定压力下厚度测定方法等试验标准。是各类土工布和土工膜厚度测试的A仪器。

工工布厚度仪安装与试验方法
★仪器安装:
a:将仪器拆箱后用干净的软绵布擦净包装木屑及其它尘粒,将其安放在适当高度的工作台面上,在四处底角下面各垫上一片软硬适度的橡胶板。
b:旋动底角调节螺钉,观看水准器使之气泡居中,并能使四只脚底扎实的接触橡胶板。
c:将仪器附带的附件盒安置在旁边以于备用。
Construction and thickness gauge installation and test method
★ Instrument installation:
a: After unpacking the instrument, clean the packaged wood chips and other dust particles with a clean soft cotton cloth, place them on the work surface at the appropriate height, and place a soft and moderate rubber plate under the corners of the four corners.
b: Turn the bottom corner adjustment screw, look at the leveler to center the bubble, and make the four soles solidly contact the rubber sheet.
c: Place the accessory box that came with the instrument next to it for backup.
★试验步骤:
a:测试人员必须按相关试验方法标准取样,使试样处在符合方法标准要求的测试状态。
b:右手握住凸轮手柄逆时针转动,使凸轮顶起压板和挂在压板右边的加压砝码全部重量。
c:取出压板下的可换压脚,根据测试样品厚度选择压脚型号。
0.5号适应测试土工膜、
5号适应测试0.5~5mm:厚度范围的土工布合成材料、
10号适应测试5~10mm:厚度范围的土工布合成材料、
15号适应测试10~12mm:厚度范围的土工布合成材料。
d:选好了可换压脚,用纯净的软布擦净基准板和压脚面,重新将压脚放到基准板上。注意压脚上的三角刀刃要对准压板下的倒置V型槽。
f:选标与安装:测量土工布选取百分表。(测量土工膜选取千分表,注:千分表自配)。将其插在表架孔中,表上触头碰到可换压脚上端面的时候,稍微往下移动0.1~0.2mm距离,螺旋锁紧螺母。然后将其表清零(或校零)。
g:轻轻提起可换压脚,将试样自然平放的插进基准板与压脚之间。放下压脚,使试样受到压力为2kPa正负0.01kPa ,同时安秒表计时,使试样受压时间30s时,读取百分表(或千分表)数值。
h:重复上述操作,完成规定的试样测试件数。
★Test steps:

d: Select the replaceable presser foot, clean the reference plate and presser foot surface with a clean soft cloth, and put the presser foot on the reference plate again. Note that the triangular blade on the presser foot is aligned with the inverted V-groove under the platen.
f: Selection and installation: measure the geotextile selection dialer. (Measure the geomembrane to select the dial gauge, note: the dial gauge is self-matching). Insert it into the hole of the watch frame. When the contact on the upper surface of the watch touches the upper end surface of the pressable presser foot, move it slightly downward by 0.1~0.2mm and screw the nut. Then clear its table (or zero).
g: Gently lift the replaceable presser foot and insert the sample naturally between the reference plate and the presser foot. Put down the presser foot, and let the sample be subjected to pressure of 2kPa plus or minus 0.01kPa, and the ammeter shall be timed to read the dial gauge (or dial gauge) when the sample is pressed for 30s.
h: Repeat the above operation to complete the specified number of test pieces.
★根据需要选用不同的测试压力:

工工布厚度仪使用注意事项
★仪器必须安置在无化学腐蚀、远离振动源的工作室中,否则会影响测试结果。
★任何一只可换压脚都有自身规定重量与形状,并与其压板、压重砝码2:组合产生一组相关规定重量,在使用过程中要妥善保管,不得损坏几何形状或接触化学腐蚀品。
★仪器出厂时已经调节好调节砣与压力支点的关系,用户一般不得任意变动调节砣的位置关系,以免影响对试样的总压力。
★仪器在使用中,若出现测试精度严重偏差应请人员维修,以免作出虚假试验报告
