三、试验步骤：
★筛析试验前，调节数显式时间继电器，使其设定在120s，再把负压筛放在筛座上，盖上筛盖，打开电源，调节负压至-4000~-6000pa范围内，然后关机。
★称取试样25g，置于洁净的负压筛中，盖上筛盖，再次启动仪器，连续筛析，在此期间如有试样附着在筛盖上，可轻敲筛盖使试样落下，当筛析满120s后，仪器自动停止。
★筛毕，用天平秤重筛余物。

四、注意事项：
1、定期倒掉集尘瓶中的水泥。
2、如果使用一段时间后负压达不到 标要求(-4000～-6000pa)时，请清洁吸尘器中的收尘袋。
3、吸尘器连续工作不应超过15分钟，否则易过热烧坏。
4、水泥细度负压筛析仪试验筛的清洗试验筛必须经常保持洁净，筛孔通畅。如其筛孔被水泥堵塞影响筛余量时，可用弱酸浸泡，用毛刷轻轻地刷洗，用淡水冲净、晾干。
5、筛余结果的修正为使试验结果可比，应采用试验筛修正数方法修正7.1条的计算结果。修正系数的测定，按附录Ｂ(补充件)进行。
6、负压筛法与水筛法或手工干筛法测定的结果发生争议时，以负压筛法为准。附录Ａ手工干筛试验操作方法(补充件) A1称取水泥试样50g倒入符合GB3350.7要求的干筛内。 A2用一只手执筛往复摇动，另一只手轻轻拍打，拍打速度每分钟约120次，每40次向同一方向转动60°，使试样均匀分布在筛网上，直至每分钟通过的试样量不超过0.05g为止。 A3称量筛余物，按7.1条计算试验结果。
