Features

ULVACKIKO's Direct-Drive Oil-Sealed Rotary Vacuum Pumps aretheslidingvane "Gaede Type". Oil is used to lubricate therotarymechanismａnd to seal the vacuum pumping chamber,producingexcellent vacuumstability and reliability. Smalldirect-drive pumpsfeature fasterstart-up and quicker pump downcompared tobelt-driven pumps. Inaddition, ULVAC KIKO 's G-SeriesOil-SealedRotary Vacuum Pumps arecost-effective and operatequietly.

G-Series pumps are available in single and dual stageversionswithpumping speeds ranging from 5 L/min.to100L/min..

Caution

1.	Ensuretheproper oil level and oil condition are maintainedatalltimes.
2.	Beforestopping a pump it should be vented to atmospheretoprevent theback-streaming of oil. (Contact your localsalesrepresentative forapplications assistance.)
3.	Whenoperating a pump for long time above 0.1MPa, it ispossiblethatoil mist be exhausted from the exhaust port.Installation ofOilmist trap (OMT Series) will eliminate thispotential sourceofcontamination.
4.	Oil-sealedrotary pump is not recommended forcontinuousoperation nearatmospheric pressure.
