Main features and technical indicators
330mhz pulse and 500mhz function/arbitrary waveform were generated by 2.5gsa /s sampling rate and 14-bit vertical resolution.
The optional crest factor for gaussian white noise helps engineers determine the amount of distortion applied to the device in the limit test to meet various serial bus standards.
The change of timing parameters without burr supports the engineer to change the frequency under the condition that no leakage signal or burr signal is needed, and can achieve continuous work without restarting or resetting the tested part;
Any bit code type USES a simple code type setting to display the channel capacitance load. Test design limits no longer require complex measurement setup steps.
