功能描述
KRIWAN风向传感器用来测量144个风向。一个用来防止结冰的自调节PTC一加热装置和电阻器彼此连接在传感器的端口和外罩之间用来防止静电放电、信号通过光电方式产生。 一个内置的电路回路把光信号进行解码变成一个与极性无关的两路信号。

Function description
