N1021B探头套件描述
N1021B 是一款符合人体工程学设计的手持式探头,可以将 TDR/TDT 模块(例如 54754A)连接到缺少通用同轴高频连接器的印刷电路板(PCB)和器件。内置的旋轮可以调节差分探针之间的间距,使之能够良好地接触焊盘或接入点。这些接入点的间距从非常窄(0.5 mm)到典型 IC 引脚间距(2.54 mm)不等。
工作涉及高速差分电子通道的工程师能够分析被测件引起反射、对设计的信号完整性(SI)产生不利影响的位置。印刷电路板(PCB)制造商能够控制每批产品的工艺一致性,确定短路、开路或其他缺陷的位置。
N1021B 探头可与以下器件结合使用:a) 工业标准 86100C Infiniium DCA-J 宽带示波器主机;b) 86100C-202 增强型阻抗和 S 参数软件;c) 54754A 差分和单端 TDR-TDT 模块。N1021B 探头给被测件(DUT)施加小电子步进信号,并接收其响应。响应将在时域中进行处理和显示,或作为 S 参数(SDD11、SDD22、SDD21 或 SDD22)进行处理和显示。时域测量可以显示反射的电压或观察到的阻抗随时间或距离的变化。S 参数测量包括幅度、相位和群延迟。
