四、使用特性
1.额定电压分别为1kV、10kV、20kV、35 kV2.电缆敷设温度应不低于-20℃
3.短路时(最长持续时间不超过5S)电缆的允许**温度：
交联聚乙烯绝缘250℃
高密度聚乙烯绝缘150℃
聚氯乙烯绝缘160℃
4.电缆导体的**长期允许工作温度：
聚氯乙烯绝缘不超过70℃
聚乙烯绝缘应不超过70℃
交联聚乙烯绝缘应不超过90℃
5.电缆的允许弯曲半径:
单芯电缆应不小于电缆外径的15倍
多芯电缆应不小于电缆外径的10倍

五、生产范围 Scope of production
注，1、其中K为承载绞线，按工程设计要求，可任选表中规定截面与相应导体截面相匹配。如杆塔跨距更大采用外加承载索时。该承载索不包括在电缆结构内，
2、其中(A)表示钢承绞线， (B)为铝合金承载绞线
3、也可根据用户需要生产制造钢芯架空绝缘电缆。

六、主要技术指标
1.电缆的工作温度
额定电压1kV架空绝缘电缆，聚氯乙烯、聚乙烯绝缘应不超过70℃，交联聚乙烯绝缘应不超过90℃;额定电压10kV、35kV架空绝缘电缆，交联聚乙烯绝缘不超过90℃，高密度聚乙烯绝缘不超过75℃。
2.电缆的导体电阻和拉断力见下表。
3.电缆的绝缘电阻
额定电压1 kV架空绝缘电缆绝缘电阻见施加下表,10 kV、35 kV无绝缘屏蔽的成品电缆浸入水中不少于1h，施加80-500V直流电压，稳定时间应不小于1min，且不大于5min。额定电压10kV电缆的绝缘电阻应不小于1500MΩ·km，轻型薄绝缘结构电缆的绝缘电阻应不小于1000MΩk m。额定电压35kV电缆的绝缘
电阻应不小于4100MΩ·km。
4.电缆的交流电压试验
额定电压1kV绝架空缘电缆二芯以上应经受3500V、1min电压试验。单芯电缆浸在室温水(附加电极)中1h后进行应不击穿。额定电压10kV架空绝缘电缆在室温下，浸水1h后施加电压，普通绝缘结构为18kV，轻型薄绝缘结构为12kV，35kV为63kV。试验时间为1min，电缆应不击穿。
5.局部放电试验
有绝缘屏蔽的10kV电缆，应进行局部放电试验，试验在浸于水中的成盘电缆上进行，在电缆上施加交流电压9kV，电缆的放电量应不大于20pC。

4.Insulation resistance of aerial insulated cables with rated voltage of 1kVrefer to following table . For finished cables with rated voltage of 10kVａnd 35kV without instllatio screen . if immersed in water for less than 1h.ａnd impose a DC voltage from 80V to 500V the stable time shall be betwe-en 1 to 5 mins. For cables with rated voltage of 10kV.tile insulation resistance shall be not less than 1 500MΩ· km. for light-duty thill insulated cables. the insulation resistance shall be not less than 1 000MΩ· km, for thecables with rated voltage of 35kV the insulation resistance shall be notless than 4100MΩ· km.
5. Partial discharge testPartial discharge test shall be done on 10kV insulated screened cables.The test is carried out on a drumined cable which is immersed into waterａnd AC voltage of 9kV is imposed, and tile discharge of cable should notexceed 20pC.

八、使用要求
1、电缆敷设时，环境温度不应低于-20°C，低于-20°C敷设时电缆必须预先加热。
2、电缆敷设时，额定电压1kV架空绝缘电缆弯曲半径应不小于电缆外径的10倍，10 kV、20kV、35kV架空绝缘电缆应不小于外径的15倍。
3、电缆的架设方法，与裸架空线同样，仍需固定在横担的绝缘子上，但距离可以适当减小。
4、电缆应与专门设计的架空绝缘电缆金具配套使用。
5、在敷设施工和存放过程中，应注意电缆端头的密封，防上电缆进水，降低其性能。
6、电缆长期运行温度(即电缆导电线芯长期允许工作温度)交联聚乙烯绝缘应不超过90°C，高密度聚乙烯绝缘不超过75°C;聚乙烯、聚氯乙烯绝缘应不超过70°C;短路时交联聚乙烯绝缘不超过250°C;高密度聚乙烯、聚乙烯、聚氯乙烯绝缘应不超过150°C，最长持续时间不超过5秒。

2.When the cables are being laid. the belldillg radlLIS of aeriali11SUlated cables with rated voltage 0f 1kV shall not be less than 10times of outer diameter of cables and the ones of aerial insulatedcables with a rated voltage of 1 0kV, 20kV and 35kV shall not beless thall 15 times of outer diametel of cables.
3.Setting methods of cables are the Same with the one of bare wiresthat is to fix it on a crossing insulator and yet the distance can beeduced property.
4.Cables shall be applied in conjunction with exclusively-designedaerialinsulated cables fittiings.
5.During the laying and storage of cables，please ensure the tight-ness of cable ends in case water goes into cables and affects itsProperty.
6.The long-term operating temp(allowable long-term operatingtemp.of conductor)for XLPEinulated cables shall not exceed90°C.ａnd shall not for exceed 75°C for HDPE insulated cables,for polythene and PVC insulated cables. it shall not exceed 70°C in a short- circuit. with max. duration within 5s，the temp. of XLPEinsulated cables shall not exceed 250C，ａnd for HDPE，polytheneａnd PVC,it shall not exceed 150°C
