-双作用
加压的气体通过讲气路A（标号2，根据ISO-5559-2，位置1）进入，推动两个相对的活塞到达气缸左右两端，利用齿轮齿条系统使执行器轴旋转900，使其开启。
加压的气体通过气路B（标号4，根据ISO-5559-2，位置2）进入，推动活塞进行反向运动，回到其初始状态（关闭）。
-Spring return:
These models contain compressed springs,situated between the capes and the pistons,The pressure made by these springs keep the pistons in POSITION2(CLOSED).Introduction of air to channel “A”（NO.2，according to ISO-559-2）
Displaces the two pistons to the ends,pressing the springs even further to POSITION 1.When the air pressure ceases,spring push the pistons to their initial position (CLOSED)Depending on the position which the actuator is mounted onto the valve,we will obtain that it works NORMALLY OPEN(N.A)or NORMALLY CLOSED(N,C.).
-单作用（弹簧复位）
这一系列执行器内置弹簧，至于端盖和活塞之间，弹簧的弹力使活塞处于位置2（关闭）转台。加压的气体通过气路A(标号2，根据ISO-5559-2，WEIZHI 1)进入，推动两个相对的活塞到达气缸作用两端，从而推动弹簧到达位置1（开启）。在失气的情况下，弹簧的弹力推动活塞回到初始状态（关闭）。根据执行器安装在阀门的位置的不同，可以达到常开（N.A）或常闭（N.C）的工作状态。

1.7-Identification

2-COMMISSIONING 试运行
2.1-Transport and installation,运输和安装
-At the of transportaion and handling pay attention and care as any damage in the external coating in models P,PH and PG could reduce the resistance of the pneumatic actuator against the extermal agents.
当运输和搬运的过程中，请小心，并注意不要损坏了P,PH和PG系统执行器的外涂层，若损坏了将会对执行器的耐腐性产生影响。
-Do not remove the obstructers which protect he threads of connection until th moment of operation.
在通气前，请勿拆掉气孔中的白色挡塞，这是为了保护通气口的螺纹。
-Be sure that the air supply is sufficiently clean and free of solid particles in suspension which in the long run could damage the internal parts of the device.
保证气源的足够干净，避免有固体悬浮颗粒，以免通过气管进入气缸内部，损坏气缸内部元件。
-Check“on site that the air supply pressure is the necessary (normally 6 bar).
保证足够的气源压力（通常6bar）.
-Even though it is not strictly necessary, a slight lubrication of the air fed prolongs the life of the pneumatic actuators.
轻微的润滑可以延长执行器的使用寿命（虽然不是必须要求）。
2.2-Mounting noto the valve 安装在阀门上
Make sure that the working position of the actuator regarding the valve is the correct one (N.A.or.N.C.)(See 1.6)
保证阀门和执行器的工作状态正确（常开或常闭）（见1.6）
-PRISMA pneumatic actuator can be mounted indistinctly parallel or perpendicular position to the pipe on any N.C.as well as N.A.operation. Make sure that the position is the desired one.
PRISMA执行器可以平行或垂直安装在管道上。根据您自己的要求来确定安装位置。
-In case of Spring Return actuators, do not remove the FITTING-FILTER fixed in the upper air feeding connection expect if a Namur solenoid valve should be installed as it avoids the entry of external elements(dust,water,etc)in the spring chamber.
若选用单作用执行器，不要取下其中一个气孔中的挡塞，除非是需要安装电磁阀。这样是为了防止外部的灰尘或是水分进入气缸内部。
2.3-Feeding 气源
-PRISMA peneumatic actuators can normally operate between 3 and bar according to models.Their standard operation is at 6 bar,for pressure lower that 6 bar,p;ease consult.
PRISMA 气动执行器的气源压力范围是3到8bar.标准气源压力是6bar，若气源压力低于6bar，请另询。
3MALNTENANCE 维护
3.1-Preventive maintenance 预先维护
To assure the right operation of the equipment ACTUATOR-VALVE,we recommend:

3.1.1-EVERY YEAR 每年
-Check that the air feeding is clean and at he necessary pressure :
确保气源干净和充足；
-Ddpending on the nature of fluid flowing through the valve and with the appropriate fequency,it will be necessary to clean the interior of the valves of eventual incrutations which would increase the resistant torque.
根据阀门介质的特性，要保持阀门过滤部分的干净，以免增大阀门扭矩。
3.1.2-EVERY TWO YEAR 每两年
-Depending on the number of cycles perfomed by the equipment,it will be convenient to replace all the o*rings in order to avoid any loss of torque of the pneumatic actuator.
In internal tests carried out on our test bench,the correct operation of the device is maintained fater more than1.000.000 complete,cycles(open-close)under the following conditions.
根据设备运行的周期次数，我们*定期更换所有的执行器密封圈，以免减少执行器扭矩。根据我们的内部测试，设备在以下情况中正常运行100万次周期（开到关为一个周期）后应当进行维护。
-Frequency Mod,PAW to WA20,500cycles/H
动作频率 PAW至PA20，500周期/小时
Mod,PA25 to P30,PG30,PL30,120cycles/G.
PA25至P30，PG30，PL30， 120周期/小时
Supply Clean air at 6bar.

-Ambiance Temperature Between 0℃and 50℃

3.2-Disassembly and Assembly 拆卸与安装
NEVER manipulate the pneumatic actuator under air pressure or connected to any accessory.When disassembling any part of a PRISMA pneumatic actuator,it is advisable to change all the o-rings and to grease all the internals. MECANICA PRISMA uses Brugarolas Beslux+PTFEgrease,silicone free.
