一、华测电量表概述
静电的实质是电荷。电荷是所有的有关静电现象本质方面的物理量。电位,电场,放电能量,电流等有关的量都是由于电荷的存在或电荷的移动而产生的物理量。在研究院所,高等学校,检测站和工厂等部门经常需要测量电荷量或电荷密度。
本仪器是为测量物体的电荷量而设计的3 1/2位数字显示电荷量表。本仪器直接显示出电荷量值。由于采用了大规模集成电路、高输入阻抗远放和高性能静电电容器等元器件,使得本仪器具有精度高,性能稳定,体积小,操作简单,使用方便等优点。

五、华测电量表典型应用
1、检测防静电工作服和纺织品的带电电量
按照国家标准GB12014-89《防静电工作服》或日本JIST8118-1983《防静电工作服》将工作服放入滚筒擦机(需另购)内摩擦使其带电,把带静电后的工作服投入法拉第筒内,从Huace-112型数字电量表上读出电荷量值。
2、测量纺织品的带电电荷量,可选用与工作服面积相近的布料(约2米长)放入滚筒擦机内摩擦使其带电,把带静电后的布料投入法拉第筒内,从Huace-112型数字电量表上读出电荷量值,测量纺织品的带电电荷密度,可按照国家标准GB/T 12703-91《纺织品静电性能测试方法》进行。
3、测量各种粉体、液体、固体的带电电荷量
把粉体或液体到入法拉第筒内。测量粉体的带电电荷量时,可根据被测粉体的多少制作不同形状和不同规格的法拉第筒。
