一、华测电量表概述
   静电的实质是电荷。电荷是所有的有关静电现象本质方面的物理量。电位,电场，放电能量，电流等有关的量都是由于电荷的存在或电荷的移动而产生的物理量。在研究院所，高等学校，检测站和工厂等部门经常需要测量电荷量或电荷密度。
本仪器是为测量物体的电荷量而设计的3 1/2位数字显示电荷量表。本仪器直接显示出电荷量值。由于采用了大规模集成电路、高输入阻抗远放和高性能静电电容器等元器件，使得本仪器具有精度高，性能稳定，体积小，操作简单，使用方便等优点。

五、华测电量表典型应用
1、检测防静电工作服和纺织品的带电电量
   按照国家标准GB12014-89《防静电工作服》或日本JIST8118-1983《防静电工作服》将工作服放入滚筒擦机（需另购）内摩擦使其带电，把带静电后的工作服投入法拉第筒内，从Huace－112型数字电量表上读出电荷量值。

2、测量纺织品的带电电荷量，可选用与工作服面积相近的布料（约2米长）放入滚筒擦机内摩擦使其带电，把带静电后的布料投入法拉第筒内，从Huace－112型数字电量表上读出电荷量值，测量纺织品的带电电荷密度，可按照国家标准GB/T 12703-91《纺织品静电性能测试方法》进行。

3、测量各种粉体、液体、固体的带电电荷量
把粉体或液体到入法拉第筒内。测量粉体的带电电荷量时,可根据被测粉体的多少制作不同形状和不同规格的法拉第筒。
