不燃轻质板的安装说明
Installation Instructions for Non-combustible Lightweight Board
1、 不燃轻质板（以下简称板）的构件制作（如墙、柱、吊顶等）应在干燥的气候中进行。
2、 根据设计要求先安装好轻钢龙骨（或其他龙骨）骨架，并按施工规范检验骨架安装合格。
3、 用自攻螺丝固定板、固定顺序：
1） 划线确定固定部位：在固定部位钻预孔，孔径比自攻螺丝的直径要小1mm。
2） 用自攻螺丝固定板，先固定板的中间部位，在固定板的两边。
3） 自攻螺丝间距不大于200mm。
4） 板边距与自攻螺丝中心须大于15mm，以增加牢度。
5） 板与板之间建议不留缝。
6） 自攻螺丝头须沉入板面1mm，并要作防锈处理。
7） 建议采用自攻刮削螺丝，可使螺丝头经过刮削的作用一次性下沉。
4、 在板墙上粘贴瓷砖：
1） 安装工序同上。
2） 板缝用防水腻子批嵌。
3） 板面用防水涂料涂满。
4） 用U型钉将一层机制金属丝网复在墙面上。
5） 用1:2水泥砂浆刮糙至金属网平。
6） 用同样比例的水泥砂浆或瓷砖粘贴磁砖。

技术
Welcome to use Non-combustible Lightweight Board. Please carefully read the following installation instructions:
1） Determine the fixation part by making a line, and preliminarily make boreholes on the fixation with the borehole diameter being 1mm smaller than that of the self-tapping screws.
2） Again, use the self-tapping screws to fix the board, Firstly fix the middle part of the board and then fix the both sides of the board.
3） The space between the self –tapping screws should not be more than 200mm.
4） The space between the board edge and the center of the self-tapping screws must be larger than 15mm so as to increase fastness.
5） No seam between boards is preferred.
6） The had of the self-tapping screws needs to enter into the board surface till the depth of 1mm and it is required to carry out the rust-proofing treatment for the head.
7） It is suggested to adopt special self-tapping scrape screws so as to make the screw head be settled once through the action of scraping.
- Affix ceramic tiles on a board:
1） Other installation procedures are the same as the above-mentioned ones.
2） Treat flat seams with water proof putty.
3） Fully paint the board surface with water proof paint.
4） Cover the metope with a layer of machine-made wire net and U-nails.
5） Scrape with cement-sand slurry （1:2 proportion） until the metal silk screen smooth.
6） To atlix the ceramic tiles with the same proportion of cement-sand slurry of Special ceramic tile cementing glue.
