This microcomputer automatic calorimeteris mainly used to measure the calorific value of combustible substances such ascoal, petroleum, chemical industry, food, wood, etc.
The calorimeter system runs on WindowsXPand above, with human-computer interaction, ready to learn and use. Thesoftware adopts an object-oriented programming method, adopts modularmanagement technology, multi-task operation, adopts serial communicationtechnology, integrates system control and data management, has good compatibility,is easy to maintain, and overcomes the disadvantages of computer interfaceboard hopping. It has a wide range of The adaptability of using scientific andeffective algorithms, high data accuracy, stable and reliable system.
The system can automatically complete thecalibration of the system's equivalent and the determination of the calorificvalue of the substance. The system’s equivalent calibration adoptsmulti-dimensional selection methods, real-time and flexible. The measurementprocess and data processing of the material calorific value are automaticallycompleted by the microcomputer. According to the content of sulfur, moisture,and hydrogen, the calorific value of the cartridge, the high calorific value,and the Low calorific value and received base calorific value. The measurementprocess adopts digital prompts and images, which is intuitive and intuitive.

该微机全自动量热仪主要用于煤炭、石油、化工、食品、木材等可燃物质发热量的测定。
该量热仪系统运行于WindowsXP及以上系统,人机交互,即学即用。该软件采用面向对象的程序设计方法,采用模块化管理技术,多任务运行,采用串口通讯技术,整合系统控制和数据管理,兼容性好,便于维护,克服了计算机接口板跳槽的弊端,具有广泛的适应性,采用科学有效的算法,数据精度高,系统稳定可靠。
系统可自动完成系统能当量的标定和物质发热量的测定。系统能当量的标定采用多维选择方式,实时灵活,物质发热量的测量过程和数据处理均由微机自动完成,根据硫、水份、氢的含量,自动换算出弹筒发热量、高位发热量、低位发热量和收到基发热量。测量过程采用数字提示和图像方式,形象直观。

2、量热仪装置内筒采用片状桨叶的电动搅拌,外筒的搅拌采用潜水式电动搅拌,使搅拌更均匀,更方便,采用熔断式棉线点火方式。
