本产品参照采用GB/T12706.1-2002、IEC60502-1997标准，制定企业标准，阻燃特性达到GB/T18380.3-2001中A类要求;燃烧烟密度(透光率)达到GB/T17651-1998低烟标准.燃烧气体腐蚀性达到GB/T17650-1990标准要求;低烟低卤电缆燃烧时的透光率、HCL腐蚀气体释放量符合Q/321084 KXDO6-2008标准要求。
The product conforms to the GB/T12706.1-2002.andIEC60502-1997 standard . lts flame-retarding property has reached thecorresponding requirement sin GB/T13830.3-2001;Burningsmoke intensity (luminousness) is up to the low-smoke standard of GBIT17651 -1998; Burning gas lorrosion intensityis in conformity with the standard requirement in GB/T17650-1990; the luminousness of burning low-halogen and low-smoke cable and the liberation of HCL active gas all conformto the standard requirement of KXDO6-2008.
使用特性
SERVICE CHARACTERIST
无卤低烟电缆在正常使用时,导体长期允许工作温度为90℃，短路时(短路时间5S),导体温度不超过250℃;
低烟低卤电缆在正常使用时,导体长期允许工作温度不超过70℃,短路时(短路时间5S),导体温度不超过160℃;
电缆敷设的温度为0℃敷设时最小弯曲半径，无铠装层时应不小于电缆外径的10倍，有铠装层时应不小电缆外径的15倍。
For normal use of halogen free low-smoke cable, the permittedlongtime operating temp. of conductor is 90℃;For short circuit(the longest time is 5s), the.temp of conductor max should notexceed 250c.
For normal use of low-halogen low-smoke cable,the permitted long-time oper-ating temp.of conductor shouldnot exceed 70℃;For short cincuit(the longest time is 5s)， temp,of conductor max should not exceed 160℃
The lowest temp forthe laying of cables is o℃ .As for the shortest bend cadius: Forcables without sheath,it should not be shorter than,10 times of outer diam;For cables with sheath; it should not beshort than 15times of outer diam.
