1546nm 10mW DFB激光器 热电制冷 保偏光纤
The FLD5F6CX-H Continuous Wave DFB Laser is for high power (10mW) CW operation, at selected C-bａnd ITU-T grid wavelengths. The module includes an optical isolator monitor photodiode, thermistor, and TEC. This laser is designed for use with external modulation components. The device comes in a 14-pin butterfly package.
