背景介绍：This gene encodes a member of the latrophilin subfamily of G-protein coupled receptors (GPCR). Latrophilins may function in both cell adhesion and signal transduction. In experiments with non-human species, endogenous proteolytic cleavage within a cysteine-rich GPS (G-protein-coupled-receptor proteolysis site) domain resulted in two subunits (a large extracellular N-terminal cell adhesion subunit and a subunit with substantial similarity to the secretin/calcitonin family of GPCRs) being non-covalently bound at the cell membrane. Latrophilin-1 has been shown to recruit the neurotoxin from black widow spider venom, alpha-latrotoxin, to the synapse plasma membrane. 3.由于细胞内含抗原量不同，所以染色强度不一。如果细胞之间染色强度相同，常提示其反应为非特异性

4.阳性细胞染色定位于单个细胞，且与阴性细胞相互交杂分布；而非特异性染色常不限于单个细胞，而是累及一片细胞。

5.切片边缘、刀痕或褶皱区域，坏死或挤压的细胞区，胶原结缔组织等，常表现为相同的阳性染色强度，不能用于判断阳性。
