Marimex ViscoScope inline viscometers are a guarantee of reliable service in every branch of industry. Our modular process viscometers are based on the combination of a sensor and transmitter and are manufactured for use in all sorts of scenarios from standard to highly individual applications.
Our specialists have developed software packages that allow users to configure the viscometer and maintain seamless documentation of the process.
For successful viscosity measurements, it is important both to understａnd the measurement task and have a knowledge of local conditions. Discussing the project on-site allows us to maximise the benefit of our many years of know-how and develop a functioning concept design in the shortest possible time. Our customer support extends through start-up and operator training and for many years to come. In addition, we ensure a high degree of flexibility and availability.
Our range of products also comprises pipe adapters, flow through cells, protective sleeves and fittings as well asinterface and protocol converters. We even look into unusual customer requests and realise these where technically possible.
技术参数：
VA-100 series ViscoScope sensors are manufactured to be compatible with standard installations and are available with metric and NPT threads, Tri-clover® or Varivent® fittings. The units can be installed in flow through cells, small tanks and pipes with narrow diameters.
The sensors are designed for use in low and medium viscosity media up to process temperatures of 270°F (130°C). They are particularly suitable for the areas of paints, lacquers etc.
