整流器概述及分类
概述
制动器是直流线圈 ，由交流电供电时必需配接整流器将交流电转换成直流电供电磁制动器工作。通常情况下，制动器的电源在整流器的交流侧控制，若需实现制动器的快速制动，则应在整流器的直流侧对制动器进行控制（在整流器的直流侧串接一个与电机电源同步的开关）。我公司开发有直接可实现快速制动的整流器，在整流器交流侧断电就可实现快速制动。
具有以下特点：
1. 外形美观、体积小、接线方便；
2. 全进口电子元器件，具有输入、输出保护电路，适应于电感器件的高频次工作；
3. 密封性好，适合（YEJ）电动机标准的工作环境，可直接安装在电机的接线盒内。

整流器使用注意事项
l 整流器输入端必须接入工频50HZ电源，严禁接入变频电源。
l 整流器的输出直流电压必须与制动器额定电压相匹配。
l 整流器zui大允许直流电流2.。
l BZL3整流器与制动器电压匹配见下表：
