Development and application of long distance crane sliding line
    该项目针对电解车间原多功能天车滑触线故障率高、维修难的问题研究开发了新型天车滑线，改造后技术达到*水平，其主要技术特点和创新点如下：
The project for electrolytic workshop of original multifunctional crane sliding contact line fault rate is high, difficult maintenance of developed new overhead travelling crane slide wire, after the transformation technology has reached the international advanced level, the main technical features and innovation points are as follows:
  （1）开发了以天车轨道为基准定位技术，实现了滑触线定位；
(1) developed a precise positioning technology in crane track for reference, to achieve precise positioning of the sliding contact line;
  （2）研发了膨胀单元与厂房伸缩缝同步技术，消除了厂房伸缩对天车滑线的影响；
(2) developed the expansion unit and plant expansion joint synchronization technology, eliminates the influence of slip line workshop escopic crane;
  （3）研制了一种可调式天车滑线固定支撑装置和一种新型的电解天车滑触线膨胀单元固定支撑装置，解决了滑触线安装定位的技术难题。

  （4）采用了大范围滑触线膨胀单元自由伸缩装置，活动间隙达到200mm，并能可靠的保证天车集电器的良好接触、安全滑行。
