一、概述
交流输变电线路用有机复合外套氧化锌避雷器并联连接于绝缘子(串)的两端,是为了限制线路雷电过电压,提高线路的耐雷击水平,降低系统因雷击故障引起的跳闸率而专门设计的一种新型避雷器。安装方式主要为悬挂式(悬挂于输电杆塔上),也可座桩式安装。本公司生产的线路用复合外套金属氧化锌避雷器(悬挂式、座桩式)主要用于10~220kv交流电力输变电系统中,用来限制输变电线路可能出现的各种过电压,以保证输变电线路的安全运行。 HY5WX-51/134高压避雷器厂家

二、产品特点
1.整体模压成型,密封性能好,结构特殊,防潮防爆;

三、使用条件
1.环境温度为:-40℃~+40℃;
2.海拔高度不超过2000m(高原地区订货时应说明);
3.电源频率为48Hz~62Hz;
4.大风速不超过35m/s;
5.地震裂度7度及以下地区;
6.避雷器允许摆动,根据塔形,考虑悬挂方式及座桩方式。
I. overview
The organic compound coated zinc oxide arrester used in AC transmission lines is connected in parallel to the two ends of insulators (series). It is a new type of arrester specially designed to limit lightning overvoltage of lines, improve lightning resistance level of lines and reduce tripping rate of systems caused by lightning faults. Installation mode is mainly suspended (suspended on transmission tower) or pile-type installation. The compound coat metal zinc oxide arrester (suspension type, pile type) produced by our company is mainly used in 10-220 kV AC power transmission and transformation system, which is used to limit various kinds of overvoltages that may occur in transmission and transformation lines, so as to ensure the safe operation of transmission and transformation lines.

II. Product Characteristics
1. Integral moulding, good sealing performance, special structure, moisture-proof and explosion-proof;
2. It has good heat dissipation performance and large over-voltage absorption capacity.
3. Small size, light weight, flexible installation, anti-collision, high tensile strength, no damage to transport.
4. It is most suitable to install transmission lines with low lightning resistance and high lightning trip-out rate; hilly and mountainous areas with drought and little rain; poles with high grounding resistance and long-span river-crossing poles; occasions with high operating overvoltage, which require restrictions before entering substations; and areas with serious pollution
III. Conditions of Use
1. The ambient temperature is -40 +40.
2. The altitude should not exceed 2000m.
3. The frequency of power supply is 48 Hz~62 Hz.
4. The maximum wind speed does not exceed 35m/s.
5. Areas with seismic fissure of 7 degrees or less;
6. Lightning arrester is allowed to swing. According to tower shape, suspension mode and pile-sitting mode are considered.
