The size of the mold is determined by the product specification and extrusion process parameters, selection of appropriate tools, is the key to the production of high quality and low consumption of products.
1.模具的选配依据

2.模具的选配方法
Method for selecting and matching 2 moulds
(1) measurement of diameter of semi-finished products: insulated wire core, round wire core to measure the diameter of fan-shaped or U-shaped wire core to measure the width of sheath; cable core armored cable to the largest diameter measuring cable core, for non armored cable to cable core diameter measurement.
(2) check and modify the mold: check core and a mold sleeve inside and outside surface is smooth, round, especially at the outlet (Cheng line) has no cracks, gaps, scratches, bumps, bump phenomenon. Especially the sizing area of the die sleeve and pipe extrusion mould core type tubular long mouth to smooth and round, can use the cloth round's rough friction spinning, until smooth and glossy.
(3) selection of mold, mold armored cable to bigger, because there is a strip joint, the mold is too small, easy to cause the core scraping strip, cable will tear collopse. The mold insulation wire selection should not be too large, should not overdo sth., namely conductor passes, not too loose or too tight.
(4) to process the provisions of the optional die nominal thickness as the standard, according to the selection of core wire or cable core diameter and the amplification value; die sets according to the core diameter and nominal thickness of the plastic layer and the amplification value.
3.配模的理论公式
