特征特性 直杆菌，1.0um×2.0-6.0um，单个或成对排列。周生鞭毛，运动。无荚膜。革兰氏阴性。裂殖。在普通培养基上的菌落一般直径2-4um，光滑、低凸、湿润、半透明或不透明，灰色，表面有光泽，边缘整齐。浑浊。明胶液化阴性。pH耐受范围很宽，PH5-10有很高的固氮酶活性 Z适温度在28℃-37℃。 有机化能营养，能利用柠檬酸盐作为*碳源 不分解藻朊酸盐和果胶酸盐。有固氮能力。

菌株复苏：（按三区划线法将留菌管内的原始菌株进行复苏）
1) 所有菌株，显色培养基分4区，每区一株，标明菌株号、菌种名常用缩写如下：
cal: 白念珠菌 cgl：光滑念珠菌 cpa: 近平滑念珠菌 ctr: 热带念珠菌 ckr: 克柔念珠菌 cne: 新型隐球菌，其他菌种标记全名。
2) 隐球菌除传显色培养基以外，另传1/2块血平皿上述菌株统一37oC孵育48h
菌种鉴定：（48h后观察结果）。

保存条件  Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.
