TCGB-21型塑料薄膜和薄片测厚仪适用于塑料薄膜、薄片的厚度测试，还可适用于纸张、纸板的厚度测试、箔片、硅片、金属片的厚度测试、纺织材料的厚度测试、固体电绝缘体的厚度测试。

二、TCGB-21型塑料薄膜和薄片测厚仪产品参数：

1、分度值0.001mm 量程0-12mm

2、上下测量面为凸/平面时，上测量面的曲率半径在15-50（mm）时，其测量面对试样施加的负荷为0.1N到0.5N之间。

3、测量精度

（1）100um以内精度1um

（2）100um到250um 精度2um

三、TCGB-21型塑料薄膜和薄片测厚仪使用方法：

1、测试先把千分表清零，并拨动操纵杆试几次回零后，再进行测试。操作时轻抬轻放以免损坏测足及仪表。

2、用手指按下操纵杆使测足上抬，将被测物置于工作台、测足之间。轻放操纵杆，此时表的读数即被测物的厚度，

3、使用完毕后将仪器装入盒内并置于干燥处防止受潮。

2. Press the joystick with your finger to lift the measured foot, and place the measured object between the workbench and the measured foot. Gently place the joystick and the meter will read the thickness of the object being measured.

3. After use, put the instrument into a box and place it in a dry place to prevent moisture.
