一、产品简介

白度颜色测定仪也称:白度颜色仪、白度色度仪、色度仪、色差计、测色仪、颜色测定仪、白度色度仪、比较测色仪、色差测量仪、颜色分析仪、颜色测量仪、闪光白度仪、分光色度专业制造。广泛应用于造纸、印刷、陶瓷、化工、纺织印染、建材、粮食、制盐等行业,用来测定物体的白度、黄度、颜色和色差,还可以测定纸的不透明度、透明度、光散射系数、光吸收系数和油墨吸收值。主要功能如下:
测量物体色度、色差、亨特系统值Lab
测量物体ISO白度(蓝光白度R457)和Z白度(Rz)、荧光增白材料的荧光增白度F
测量CIE白度(甘茨白度W10和偏色值Tw10);
测量陶瓷白度、亨特白度WH
测量建材白度和非金属矿产品白度WJ
测量黄度YI
测量透明度T、不透明度OP、光散射指数和光吸收指数;
测量油墨吸收值。

三、           规格及主要技术参数
1、模拟D65光源照明。采用CIE1964补充色度系统和CIE1976(Lab)色空间色差公式;
2、采用d/o照明观测几何条件。漫射球直径150mm,测试孔直径25mm,设有光吸收器,消除试样镜面反射光的影响;
3、测量重复性:δ(Y10)<0.1,δx10y10)<0.001;
4、准确度:△Y10<1.0
5、试样尺寸:测试平面≥¢30mm厚度≤40mm
6、电源:220V±10%, 50Hz
7、工作环境:温度10~30℃,相对湿度不超过85%;

四、产品性能特点
仪器采用光、机、电一体化及微电脑测控技术,具有测试数据统计处理功能,可打印输出,可测量各种物体的白度(亮度)和色度。
1、测定物体的颜色,报告漫反射因数RX、RY、Rz,刺激值X10、Y10、Z10,色品坐标X10、Y10,明度L*,色度a*、b*,彩度C*ab,色调角h*ab,主波长λd、兴奋纯度Pe,色差ΔE*ab、明度差ΔL*、彩度差ΔC*ab、色调差ΔH*ab,亨特系统L、a、b;
2、测定黄度YI;
3、测定不透明度OP;
4、测定光散射系数S;
5、测定光吸收系数A;
6、测定透明度;
7、测定油墨吸收值;
8、参比样可以是实物,也可为数据。仪器可以贮存记忆zui多十只参比样信息;
9、多次测量可以取平均值;数字显示并可打印报告测量结果;
10、仪器具有记忆功能。即使长期关机失电,内存的调零、校准、标准样和参比样的量值等有用信息都不会丢失。
