性状：
常温常压下为液态，它是一种无色、无臭、无毒、无腐蚀性的气体。熔点-50℃，升华点或沸点为-63.8℃，气体密度6.16g/L(20℃，0.1MPa)，在熔点时密度为2.51g/cm3，具有高的绝缘性和灭弧能力。
用途：
六氟化硫﹙SF6﹚是一优良的惰性绝缘气体，电子工业用六氟化硫气体大量用于在电子器件表面清洗、在TFT行业中应用量大。
贮存：
应存放于阴凉干燥、通风良好的地方。
运输：
长途运输时应附有GB19-73《危险货物包装标志》中标志。气瓶充装系数不大于1.33kg/L。
包装：
SF6应充装在洁净、干燥的无缝高压气瓶中，气瓶容积一般为40L、12.5L、10L、8L、4L等，也可以根据用户需要选用各种容积的气瓶或其他容器。（一般情况下，使用气瓶公称压力为15Mpa时，充装系数＜1.37ka/L。﹚
