产品介绍

采用立式箱体结构，*的节省试验室内占地空间，地脚采用滑轮结构，方便移动和摆放，避免同类厂家生产的卧式设备，安放时需要另配安装台的情况，占地空间大，移动不方便等缺点。耐电压击穿强度试验仪--击穿强度试验机采用直流伺服电机加载减速机构，保证了标准里面关于极慢速试验和极快速试验的要求，保证用户可以自由选择升压速率。

由电脑控制，数据采集方式通过光电隔离，有效解决试验过程中的抗干扰问题，软件操作使用方便，能够实时显示动态曲线，同时升压速率无级可调，可以根据自己的需要进行升压速率调节，使升压速率真正做到匀速、准确，并能够准确测出漏电电流的数据。耐电压击穿强度试验仪--击穿强度试验机可实时绘制试验曲线，显示试验数据，判断准确，并可保存，分析，打印试验数据。并且能够自动判别试样击穿并采集击穿电压数据及泄露电流，同时能够在击穿的瞬间电压迅速降低自动归零。软件系统操作方便，性能稳定，安全可靠。

产品应用

主要适用于固体绝缘材料如：电线套管、树脂和胶、浸渍纤维制品、云母及其制品、塑料薄膜、陶瓷、玻璃、绝缘漆、硫化橡胶、电缆纸、绝缘漆漆膜、硬质橡胶、纸板等绝缘介质在空气或液体介质中，测量工频（48~62Hz）或对应直流电压下击穿强度和耐电压时间。耐电压击穿强度试验仪--击穿强度试验机适用于连续均匀升压或逐级升压的方式，对试样施加交流/或直流，电压直至击穿，测量击穿电压值，计算试样的击穿强度；用迅速升压的方法，将电压升到规定值，保持一定的时间试样不击穿，定此时规定值为试样的耐电压值。
