手动重型击实仪适用于按GB/T 50123-1999《土工试验方法标准》、JTJ 051-93《公路土工试验规程》等标准中制作土工试样时手工击实之用（试样用于承载比试验，回弹模量试验等），击实仪分轻型和重型两种，轻型击实适用于粒径≤5mm的粘性土，重型击实适用于粒径≤20mm的土，采用三层击实时，A大粒径≤40mm。

手动重型击实仪计算与制图说明.
手动轻型和手动重型击实仪计算方法相同。
（1）按下式计算击实后各点的干质量密度
（计算至0.01g/cm）.

手动重型击实仪使用说明：
★将击实仪放在坚实地面上，取制备好的试样600～800g倒入筒内，整平其表面，并用圆木板稍加压紧，然后按附表4.1规定的击实次数进行击实。击实时击锤应自由铅直落下，落高也按附表4.1调试正确，锤迹必须均匀分布于土面。然后安装套环，把土面刨成毛面，重复上述步骤进行中层及第三层的击实，击实后超出击实筒的余土高度不得大于6mm。

★用推土器推出击实筒内试样，从试样中处取2个各约15～20g土测定其含水量。计算至0.1%，其平行误差不得超过1%

★ Use the bulldozer to push out the sample in the compaction cylinder, and take about 15-20g soil from the center of the sample to measure the water content. Calculated to 0.1%, the parallel error must not exceed 1%
手动重型击实仪注意事项：
1.每次使用后，应洗净擦干。
2.非试验人员不得使用本仪器。
3. 试验在进行过程中不得离开或与人闲谈。
4.应放置在无尘、无腐蚀常温的环境中。
