砂浆扩展度筒是我公司依照GB50119-2013《混凝土外加剂应用技术规范》标准而设计制造的,各项指标符合相应的 和行业标准。适用于试验各类含减水组分的混凝土外加剂与混凝土其它原材料的相容性。
The mortar expansion tube is designed and manufactured by our company in accordance with GB50119-2013 "Technical Specifications for the Application of Concrete Admixtures", and the indicators meet the corresponding and industry standards. It is suitable for testing the compatibility of various concrete admixtures containing water-reducing components with other concrete raw materials.
砂浆扩展度筒试验所用仪器设备应符合下列规定:
★水泥胶砂搅拌机:符合现行行业标准《行星式水泥胶砂搅拌机》JC/T 681的要求;
★砂浆扩展度筒:内壁光滑无接缝的筒状金属制品,筒壁厚度不应小于2mm
尺寸如下,
顶部内径d:50±1mm,
底部内径D:100±1mm,
高度h:150±1mm;
★捣棒:直径8±0.2mm,长300±3mm的钢棒,端部应磨圆;
★玻璃板:500mm×500mm×5mm;
★游标卡尺:量程500mm,分度值1mm;
★刮刀;
★秒表:分度值0.1s;
★时钟:分度值1s;
★天平:称量100g;分度值0.01g;
★台秤:称量5kg,分度值1g。
The equipment used in the mortar expansion cylinder test shall meet the following requirements:
★ Cement mortar mixer: meet the requirements of the current industry standard "planetary cement mortar mixer" JC / T 681;
★ Mortar expansion tube: tube-shaped metal products with smooth inner wall and no joint, the thickness of the tube wall should not be less than 2mm
The dimensions are as follows,

★ Tamping rod: a steel rod with a diameter of 8 ± 0.2mm and a length of 300 ± 3mm; the end should be rounded;

★ Vernier caliper: 500mm range, 1mm division value;

★ Stopwatch: division value 0.1s;
★ Clock: 1s division value;
★ Balance: Weigh 100g; division value 0.01g;

试验所用材料、配合比及环境条件:
★水泥:工程实际使用水泥;
★砂: 工程实际使用砂,需筛除粒径大于5mm以上部分;
★矿物掺合料: 工程实际使用掺合料;
★外加剂:工程实际使用外加剂;
★砂浆配合比:与工程实际用混凝土配合比中的砂浆相同,水胶比降低0.02,砂浆总量约3000±50g;
★砂浆初始扩展度要求:对于高性能减水剂、高效减水剂和泵送剂,砂浆初始扩展度应控制在350±20mm,对普通减水剂,砂浆初始扩展度宜控制在260±20mm;
★试验室条件应符合现行 标准《水泥胶砂强度检验方法(ISO法) 》GB/T 17671的要求。
Test materials, mix ratios and environmental conditions
★ Cement: The actual use of cement in the project;
★ Sand: The actual sand used in the project needs to be screened for particles larger than 5mm;
★ Mineral admixture: the actual use of the admixture;
★ Admixtures: Admixtures are actually used in the project;
★ Mortar mix ratio: The same as the mortar in the actual concrete mix ratio of the project, the water-binder ratio is reduced by 0.02, and the total mortar is about 3000 ± 50g;
★ Requirement for initial expansion of mortar: For high-performance superplasticizers, superplasticizers and pumping agents, the initial expansion of mortar should be controlled at 350 ± 20mm, and for common superplasticizers, the initial expansion of mortar should be controlled at 260 ± 20mm ;
★ Laboratory conditions should meet the requirements of the current standard "Cement Mortar Strength Test Method (ISO Method)" GB / T 17671.
砂浆扩展度筒试验方法步骤:
★将玻璃板放置在水平位置,用湿布将玻璃板、砂浆扩展度筒、搅拌叶片及搅拌锅内壁均匀擦过,使其表面湿而不带水滴;
★将砂浆扩展度筒放在玻并用湿布覆盖待用;
★按混凝土配合比的比例称取水泥、掺合料、砂及外加剂待用;
★外加剂为液体时,先将预混的胶凝材料加入搅拌锅内,再加入与水混合均匀的外加剂溶液;外加剂为固体时,先将预混的胶凝材料及外加剂加入搅拌锅内,再加入水;
★从加水时刻开始计时;
★启动砂浆搅拌机,搅拌30秒后开始自动加砂,30秒内加完,按砂浆搅拌机程序自动搅拌4min;
★搅拌完毕,将砂浆分两次倒入砂浆扩展度筒,每次约倒入筒高的1/2,并用捣棒自边缘向 按顺时针方向均匀插捣15下,A后,表面用刮刀刮平,将筒缓慢匀速垂直提起,10秒后用游标卡尺量取相互垂直的两个方向的A大直径,取其平均值作为砂浆扩展度;
★砂浆扩展度未达到目标值时,需调整减水剂掺量,重复本条第1 -7款的试验步骤,直至达到砂浆扩展度目标值为止;
★将试验砂浆重新倒入搅拌锅中,并用湿布覆盖搅拌锅,至加水后10min(高性能减水剂需做)、30min、60min,开启搅拌机,快速搅拌1min,按本条第7款步骤测定砂浆扩展度。
Test method steps of mortar spreading cylinder
★ Place the glass plate in a horizontal position, and wipe the glass plate, mortar expansion cylinder, stirring blade and the inner wall of the stirring pot with a damp cloth to make the surface wet without water droplets;
★ Put the mortar expansion tube in the center of the glass plate and cover it with a wet cloth for use;
★ Weigh cement, admixture, sand and admixture according to the proportion of concrete mix ratio for use;
★ When the admixture is liquid, first add the premixed gelling material to the mixing pot, and then add the admixture solution that is evenly mixed with water; when the admixture is solid, first add the premixed gelling material and admixture to the stirring Add water to the pot;
★ Start counting from the moment of water filling;
★ Start the mortar mixer, and automatically add sand after 30 seconds of stirring. After 30 seconds, add the sand automatically. Follow the mortar mixer program for 4 minutes.
★ After mixing, pour the mortar into the mortar expansion cylinder twice, pour about 1/2 of the height of the cylinder each time, and use a tamper to insert 15 times in a clockwise direction evenly. After A, the surface Scrape it flat with a spatula, lift the cylinder slowly and evenly and vertically. After 10 seconds, use a vernier caliper to measure the large diameter A in two directions perpendicular to each other, and take the average value as the mortar expansion degree;
★ When the mortar expansion does not reach the target value, the amount of water reducing agent needs to be adjusted and the test steps in paragraphs 1-7 of this article are repeated until the mortar expansion target is reached;
★ Pour the test mortar into the mixing pot again, and cover the mixing pot with a damp cloth. After adding water for 10min (high-performance water reducing agent needs to be done), 30min, 60min, turn on the mixer and stir for 1min quickly. Scalability.
砂浆扩展度筒试验结果评价:
1 应根据外加剂掺量和砂浆扩展度经时损失判断外加剂与混凝土其它原材料的相容性;
2 对试验结果有异议时,可按实际混凝土配合比进行试验验证;
3 宜注明所用外加剂和混凝土原材料的品种、等 、生产厂,及实验室温度、湿度等。
Evaluation of mortar expansion tube test results
1. The compatibility of the admixture with other raw materials of concrete should be judged based on the admixture amount and the loss of mortar expansion over time;
2 If there is any objection to the test results, the test can be verified according to the actual concrete mix ratio;
3. It should be noted the types, etc. of the admixtures and concrete raw materials used, production plants, and laboratory temperature and humidity.
