一、水泥抗压夹具是根据我国建材行业标准JC/T683-1977制造。水泥抗压夹具是 标准"水泥胶砂强度检验方法(ISO法)GB/T17671-1999"设备。

二、水泥抗压夹具技术参数：

三、水泥抗压夹具校验方法：

★目测检查外观。水泥抗压夹具应保护清洁，不得碰伤划痕，应有牢固的铭牌。

★上、下压板应为硬质钢材制成，其长度为40±0.1mm，宽度为40mm，厚度>10mm。

★上、下压板与试件整个接触表面的平面公差为0.01mm，上、下压板自由距离>45mm。

★上压板上的球座A应在夹具A轴线与上压板下表面的交点上，公差为±1mm，上压板随着与试件的接触而自动找平。

四、水泥抗压夹具结构特点：

主要由下夹具座、上夹具座、标准夹辊、抗劈裂夹具上下压条组成。下夹具座通过定位销、垫圈固定在压力机活塞上，上夹具座通过上支座、菱形销及压力机上的定位销和两内六角螺钉固定在压力机横梁上。

五、水泥抗压夹具使用注意事项：

★使用前对限位尺寸检查是否还保持正确位置；

★如果挡销磨损超差，可以进行打磨修复；如果挡板、插销、定位锥头销磨损超差，可以重新组装，错开磨损部位后继续使用
