电动液压脱模器主要结构和工作原理:
主要由机架、 液压系统、 压力表及电器系统组成
★机架部分:
主要由横梁 、立柱、 托盘、 外壳、 底座等附件组成。横梁可安装脱模和制件附件,用于各种试模脱模用,油缸柱塞中孔可安装各种附件便于制件和脱模,托盘是用于脱模时模具的定位和支撑。
★液压系统
由液压泵、 送油阀、 回油阀 、油箱、 滤油器及油管和接头组成。液压泵为高压柱塞泵,流量为1.2L/min,额定压力40MPa,由0.75KW电机直接驱动,固定在油箱上。
回油阀和送油阀分别安装在前面板的左右面,均由手轮直接操作,右侧送油阀能调节活塞上升速度,左侧回油阀用于油缸下降回油,送油阀上设有安全阀,过载时可溢流起安全作用。
★压力表:
电动液压脱模器压力表为2.5级耐震压力表,用于测量缸内工作压力,使用时注意压力值严禁超过40MPa,以防损毁机件。
★电器部分
由电动机、 启动按钮 、停止按钮 、熔断器 、继电器等组成

★ Rack part:
It is mainly composed of beams, columns, trays, shells, bases and other accessories. Beams can be equipped with demoulding and accessory parts for demoulding of various test patterns. Various accessories can be installed in the center of the cylinder plunger to facilitate parts and demoulding. The tray is used for positioning and supporting the mould during demoulding.
★ Hydraulic system
It consists of a hydraulic pump, an oil delivery valve, an oil return valve, an oil tank, an oil filter, an oil pipe and a joint. The hydraulic pump is a high-pressure plunger pump with a flow rate of 1.2L / min and a rated pressure of 40MPa. It is directly driven by a 0.75KW motor and fixed on the fuel tank.
The oil return valve and the oil delivery valve are respectively installed on the left and right sides of the front panel, and are directly operated by the handwheel. The right oil delivery valve can adjust the rising speed of the piston, and the left oil return valve is used to lower the oil return valve on the oil cylinder. Equipped with safety valve, it can overflow for safety when overload.
★ Pressure gauge:
The electro-hydraulic ejector pressure gauge is a 2.5-level shock-resistant pressure gauge, which is used to measure the working pressure in the cylinder. When using it, pay attention that the pressure value is strictly prohibited to exceed 40MPa to prevent damage to the parts.
★ Electrical parts
Composed of motor, start button, stop button, fuse, relay, etc.
