战略调整是自上而下的系统变革,对于市场而言,产品的调整是本土客户能感知到的具象变化。针对产品层面,松下正进行着转向立体化解决方案提供商的角色调整。张健谈到,松下现阶段在中国市场推进的重点战略在于构建的解决方案,通过控制器、传感器等产品线的自由组合,形成适配中小型设备制造商的灵活解决方案。
可以看出,与部分外资品牌的保守策略不同,松下选择深度扎根中国,依托中国的人才、制造实力,强化本地研发、生产与技术服务能力。这种战略调整不仅提升了市场响应速度,也重塑了日系品牌在服务效率与创新能力上的传统形象。
战略调整背后,不仅折射了松下对中国市场的重视,也蕴含其对工业自动化行业的长期看好。张健认为,新技术、新产品的规模化应用,必然会为工业自动化设备制造带来系统性升级需求。即使在相对成熟的市场中,工业智能化的迭代需求依然旺盛。当前备受关注的算力提升浪潮,正为自动化行业创造两大关键机遇:其一,算力突破将推动设备向耐高温、高稳定性方向进化,以适应工业环境;其二,更高的算力将支撑设备实现更高速的运转与更复杂的功能集成,从而显著提升生产效率。
