二、温控系统：

    5、加  热  器：采用Φ11mm散热式干烧型发热管（采用进口的电阻丝及高温石
英砂制作），发热管装置在炉内两旁
三、运风控制系统：
    1、运风电机：1台加强轴型烤箱专用电机及配置强力型多翼风轮
     2、运风方式：在炉体两侧强制出风，顶部回风循环。
 在炉体顶部配置排气排风烟囱，让产品在烘烤时，及时排出废气烟雾
 四、炉体结构及用料：
1、炉体设计成：单开门。
2、内箱采用0.8mm不绣钢板制作。
3、外箱采用1.mm厚A3冷板加工成型后防锈处理，喷电脑白色。
4、保温材料:采用西斯尔80K环保高温棉，保温厚度为80mm
5、门边密封：采用耐高温硅胶迫紧密封

       六、安全体统：
     1、电机缺相过流保护装置，（电机过载时，切断加热电源，防止烤坏产品）
     2、控制回路短路及过载保护,当电路短路或其它故障时切断电源,保护电机安全
七、机台工作原理：
     1、启动电源开花关→2、开启电机运风开关→3、开启加热开关→4、设置所
需温度→5、开始加热→6、温度到达开始自动计算烘烤时间→7、到达烘烤时间开始蜂鸣提示，并切断加热电源。
