一、刀具抗弯曲测试仪主要功能：
1、通过抗弯测试作为刀具抗弯的判断依据；

三、操作步骤
1、 将处理好的样品,固定在夹具上，使刀面与平行导块平行；
2、 移动角度尺，调节标尺中线与角度尺中线平行；
3、 将砝码挂在刀尖夹具下，扳动把手至砝码悬空，保持10S后，卸下砝码，查看其弯曲角度，如超过3°则不合格
