失效分析从业者要求岗位职责任职要求： 

1、本科及以上学历，国家正规院校理工科专业。

2、一年以上电子产品失效分析或电子产品维修经验。

3、熟练使用Pro等绘图软件；熟悉电子产品可靠性设备操作；熟悉国内电子行业可靠性试验标；熟悉电子产品的电路知识、相关的国内标准和协议等。

4、了解电子原器件基本应用、电子产品生产工艺流程。

5、熟知质量控制和质量管理流程。

6、熟练使用各种电子产品和电子元器件测试、分析仪器设备。

1、负责客户投诉返回异常产品失效原因分析，并撰写失效分析报告；

2、生产异常产品失效原因分析；

3、参与小批新品生产过程中失效原因分析；

4、推动失效分析的进度,将相应的结果报告质量工程师。

5、接受第二方或者第三方审核涉及中相关事宜，对审核中发现的不符合进行改善。

失效分析从业者要求岗位职责职位描述

Duties, Responsibilities & Authorities:

1) Failure Analysis of manufacturing failure product to address root cause;

2) Work with Quality team to do AMT/RMA /Repair Service product failure analysis to address root cause to improve manufacturing quality performance;

3) Come out debug/repaired products report(Cook Book) and fine out root cause of failures (the failures may be caused by production process , components and design );

4) Onsite support at customer site for RMA/AMT product failure analysis.

5) Base on customer’s request to do failure product repair to meet quality standard;

6) Follow TPM requirement to do tooling, equipment maintenance and calibration.

Accountability & measures:

· Abide by Ethic code

· Follow OTIS EHS policy, regularly attend EHS training.

· Repair Implementation follow Target L/T

· No WIP for any defective units related to testing to support production order fulfillment.

Work experience & skills requirements:

Job Requirements: 1) EE major with a bachelor or above degree;

2) At least 5 years repaired experience in PCBA level and box build level;

3) Factory or RMA repaired experience is preferred;

4) Good skill in failure analysis report generated ;

5) Good skill in communication with engineering and customer;

6) Good Skill on test and measurement equipment, such as AC/DC Source, AC/DC Load, Oscilloscope, multimeter;
