ZPW23 旋转式压片机本机用以将各种颗粒状原料压制成片状，其大优点是除圆形片外还能压制各种几何形状的异形片，双层片，环型片及双面刻字片。转盘上可装23付活络式冲模，旋转一周即可压制23片。
本机符合药品生产和质量管理的GMP标准。压片室与传动结构*分开，压片室无任何油漆，与药品接触的零部件均采用不锈钢材或经表面特殊处理，无毒耐腐，压片室用透明有机玻璃窗封闭，防止污染，压片区域可从四面接触到，各处表面光滑，易于清洁。ZPW23旋转式压片机设有连续集中润滑系统，使传动系统，导轨和主要摩擦部位得到充分的润滑，噪声和磨损减少，使维修保养费用大大降低。
电气控制部分采用可变程序控制，具有大主压力设定及主压力遇载停机功能，本机具有故障自动诊断功能，通过显示器可快速定位故障点，提高维修效率，CE配置可选择。
