一、粉末压片机用途:

三、粉末压片机操作规程：
★机器使用前须检查冲模是否有缺边、裂缝、变形等质量问题，检查机器各装置是否完好。
★检查颗粒原粒是否符合要求，颗粒中的细粉含量不宜超过10%，以免影响机器使用性能及寿命。
★开车前应用手转动带轮或顺点动按钮试压，确定片剂符合要求，机器运转正常后，方可开机投入生产。
★机器设有倒车点动按钮，压片时产生叠片或上冲粘冲闷车及校核上冲进模情况进可使用，使用时只允许瞬时点动使机器微量反转，否则会损坏机件。
★使用中要随时注意机器的运转情况，如有异常声响，即应停机检查，排除故障后再使用。

★The machine is equipped with a reversing jog button. When the sheet is pressed, the lamination or the punching and squeezing the car and the check on the die can be used. When using, only the momentary jog is allowed to make the machine slightly reverse, otherwise it will be damaged. Machine parts.
★ Please pay attention to the operation of the machine at any time during use. If there is abnormal noise, stop the machine and use it after troubleshooting.
四、粉末压片机注意事项：
★使用前必须先松开注油孔螺钉，压片机才能正常工作
★定期在丝杠及柱塞泵处加润滑油
★加压决不允许超过机器的压力范围，否则会发生危险
★压片机使用清洁的46号机油为宜，不可用刹车油
★加压时感觉手动压把有力，但压力表无指示，应立即卸荷检查压力表
★新机器或较长一段时间没有使用时，在用之前稍紧放油阀，加压到20~25MPa时即卸荷，连续重复2~3次，即可正常使用
★大活塞不要超过行程20mm

★When the new machine is not used for a long period of time, put the oil valve slightly before use, and unload it when pressurized to 20~25MPa, repeat it for 2~3 times, then it can be used normally.
★Do not exceed 20mm of large piston
