应用范围： Description:
Alpha-600/660 是一款紧凑型的自动研磨抛光机，专为需要得到高质量的研磨和抛光面
而设计。适用于直径 200mm/250mm/300mm 的磨盘。具有中心加载和单点加载两种加压方
式。并且可选配 1～7 组自动滴液系统。可设定和储存 20 组常用研磨工序。可方便快捷
的得到重复性较高的试验结果。
Alpha-600/660 is a compact, automatic grinding and polishing system designed for
high end grinding and polishing surfaces. Suitable for 200mm, 250mm and 300mm
diameter applications and provide central force and individual force for the specimens.
Optional peristaltic pump dosing system support max. 7 kinds of
suspensions/lubricants. 20 procedures can be set/stored in memory for common
grinding and polishing. High repeatability results can be obtained conveniently and
quickly.
