农药冻融稳定性试验箱依据NYT 2989-2016 农药登记产品规格制定规范设计制造。用于微囊液体制剂的冻融稳定性试验，压缩机、加热部分、电源控制部分均采用进口件，高质量、高性能。满载运转时冻融箱内各点温度极差不超过1℃。自动控制，数据曲线实时动态显示、试验数据自动存储，具有试验意外终止自动恢复功能。
微囊液体制剂等应进行冻融稳定性试验。试验目的是确保成囊制剂在温度变化时囊的完整性，以确保有效成分完整的释放。结冻和融化稳定性试验条件为在(-10±2)℃和(20±2)℃之间做4个循环，每个循环为结冻18h融化6h。微囊液体制剂主要有微囊悬浮剂（CS）、微囊悬浮-水乳剂（ZW）、微囊悬浮-悬浮剂（ZC）、微囊悬浮-悬乳剂（ZE）等剂型。
1.微囊悬浮剂（CS）及微囊悬浮-悬浮剂（ZC）冻融稳定性合格要求为：储后游离有效成分含量、酸碱度或pH范围、湿筛试验、悬浮率、自发分散性、倾倒性等应符合产品规格要求；
2.微囊悬浮-水乳剂（ZW）及微囊悬浮-悬乳剂（ZE）冻融稳定性合格要求为：储后游离有效成分含量、酸碱度或pH范围、湿筛试验、分散稳定性、倾倒性等应符合产品规格要求。
